Being an enlightened, civilised nation, homosexuality is a non-issue in the DRNW. LGBT people have full civil rights, including marriage, as guaranteed by The People's Constitution.

In Dagnia, there is no sexuality, just sex. All Dagnians are essentially bisexual with some people who generally prefer the same or opposite sex and a tiny minority who are exclusive to homo- or heterosexuality. Homosexuality is actually a much more common, as most Dagnians find it is easier to get along with and understand a member of one's own sex. Surprisingly, the culture is very conservative regarding promiscuity and other personal conduct issues. In some regions, premarital sex, regardless of its nature, is a sure way to make oneself an outcast, and even in the more liberal cities, someone having had too many partners will find themselves unmarriable.
Wait an hour, and it will be now again

In the new constitution (Constitución de Federación de Cirona: Dos), issues on homosexuality is as follows:

Cirona Equality Act, Article 3 Sexuality, Section 4 Equality
Regardless of sexuality, all Cironis are entitled to the same rights.

Cirona Equality Act, Article 3 Sexuality, Section 5 Discriminative Laws
No sexuality receives any extra protection from the government. However, all sexualities embrace the rights of anti-hate laws. Regardless of Heterosexual, Homosexual, Bisexual, Metrosexual, Pansexual, etc., the government will protect them from hate messages.

Cirona Equality Act, Article 4 Marriage and Unions, Section 2 Eligibility
Regardless of race, ethnicity, sexuality, age, beliefs and political beliefs, all Cironi citizens and permanent residents are eligible to join as a union or marry within the Cironi borders. The validity of the marriage outside Cirona will alter to the foreign nation's laws.

Cirona Public Order Act, Article 8 Affection, Section 1 Public Affection: General
Public softcore affection, ie. kissing, is legal in Cirona, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexuality, age and appearance. Public hardcore affection, ie. sexual intercourse, is regulated by local government and the only regulation by the federal government is that there will be no discrimination.

Cirona Military Act, Article 2 Recruitment, Section 2 Eligibility
Regardless of race, ethnicity, sexuality, beliefs and political beliefs, all Cironi citizens are eligible to join the Nacional del Ejército de Cirona, Nacional de la Fuerza Aérea de Cirona and Nacional del Armada de Cirona. However, if the applicant is deemed physically/mentally incapable for the military, the above mentioned branches of the army may appeal to the Tribunal Militar for the rejection of the application.

Please note that laws have been neutralized since the fall of the dictatorship's government.

Homosexuality is perfectly legal in Crawnaft and there has never been a law against it. The public, which is largely liberal in its sentiments, is accepting of homosexuality. About 6-7 percent of the population is homo/bisexual, and discrimination only really exists in the most rural and backwoods areas of the country.

LGBT individuals have been protected under anti-discrimination laws for the past three decades and have served openly in the military for about five years. Gay marriage has been legal for about fifteen years, and was introduced with little fanfare.

LGBT adoption has been legal nationwide for only about a year with the passage of the Adoption Equality Act of 2009, but in some areas of the country it has been around for as long 25 years.

The passage of this act was widely celebrated as anti-adoption laws were the last public barrier to full LGBT equality in Crawnaft.

Homosexuality is fully protected by law in Azurianis. Marriage between same sex marriages are also legal and fully recognized.

The punishment of a hate crime against homosexuals in Azurianus is 3 days to 5 years in prison, on average. The cases are handled, however, on a case-by-case basis. The most severe penalty, used only once, is the Death Penalty.

In said case, a man was accused of murdering 5 homosexual couples and their foster children. He was found guilty, beheaded, and his body was thrown into the dreaded "Bae-ka" Pit.

Hint: In Azurian, "Bae-ka" means "bear".

Homosexuals are treated as normal, everyday citizens. The idea that Homosexuals are unequal just because they have a different preference sounds authoritarian to us.

Sexual relations between consenting adults is perfectly legal, the government keeps out of the bedroom.
Gay couples are also allowed to marry, adopt children, i.e. are treated as completely equal to everyone else. It's actually not an issue at all:
If someone wanted to "eypose" his political opponent's sexuality, for instance, hardly anybody would care, except for some people on the religious right.

We have 2147 "rules" on sexual intercourse between consenting adults. Many of these can be applied to heterosexual as well as homosexual situations. None of them are enforced however they are more like suggestion.
Like "Have you ever tried rule #237 without the Jello?"
Rule #5 "What happens on the road stays on the road." has been adopted by many other nations.

No Government-funded body is permitted to encourage homosexuality. A homosexual couple who live together may register with the Home Ministry and the Justice Ministry, and the partners will receive the inheritance rights of a married couple. Homosexual marriage or civil partnership, however, is illegal in Astralsideria. People who spearhead gay rights campaigns are often taken to the Crime Prevention Ministry for treatment. Some even return from the Crime Prevention Ministry having had their treatment. Even after this, they will still be ostracized from society; arguably more-so, since they have been guests at the CPM.

Whilst it is technically against the law, there is no effort at enforcement made, and it is often openly practiced amongst the natives. However, amongst the Sahiblog, it is social suicide, and may result in expulsion from the club.

Homosexuality is not well viwed in the Commonwealth, really.

    Homosexual marriage is strictly forbidden.

Known homosexuals are barred from military service, and there is no "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" regulation.

Many private businesses will not hire confessed homosexuals.

Homosexuality is generally viewed extremely poorly in mainstream society, and so if you are homosexual, the best idea is to keep it a secret.

Her Majesty Queen Stephanie is known to be possessed of an unusually passionate hatred of homosexuals.

It is understood that you are free to do as you wish in the privacy of a bedroom, but God help you if anybody finds out about it.

The Matriarch has no ill will against Homosexuality or Bisexuality.

In fact, she has argued that Female Homosexuality can strengthen the female matriarchal bond. Both sexes are never not permitted to "explore" in any case.
