Leaders of the nations of the worlds,

After much debate in our Senate and People's Assembly, we would like to open our capital to the nations of the world, so that they may come in and establish embassies and consulates.

We shall accept embassies from any nation, provided that they are for the sake of peace and friendship between our nations. We also ask that you be tolerant of any other species that choose to establish embassies with us; I do not wish for my country to get involved in an outside dispute.

Most Embassies will be established in our capital city, Kroset City. There are three available locations and buildings for embassies, North 55th Street, a wide boulevard newly created for embassies alone, inside a residential area. The buildings here are manor-like, and suitable for most large, important, or high-staffed embassies. Limited adresses available. Kynareth Street, an also new street, made especially for embassies. the embassies here are like rowhouses, come with a garage, and are smaller. Most embassies willl be housed here. Marcellus Boulevard, a place for our strongest allies only. Please do not request an embassy here, unless you have received a telegram from us.

1. Ambassadors are given diplomatic immunity and are free from prosecution. However, if said ambassador commits a major crime (such as murder or partaking in slavery), Druach will contact the ambassador’s nation.
2. An embassy is considered the land of the nation it belongs to, and as such is regulated by its laws, which Druach will respect whenever on the embassy’s grounds. In turn, the embassy staff members are expected to respect Druach’s laws whenever off embassy grounds
3. Embassies are built in the name of peace and friendly relations. Excessive security and weapons are not permitted, and most will be limited to embassy grounds. Druach is willing to provide security itself if requested. Druach has never declared war on another nation and will not unless severely provoked, and is willing to sign non-aggression treaties if need be.
4. Ambassadors and staff are expected to be tolerant of other sapient races living in Druach. They are also asked to be respectful to the Royal Family; whatever your nation’s stance on monarchies is, the people of Druach love the Royal Family and will take offense towards you being disrespectful towards them.
5. Like all citizens of Druach, all diplomatic staff and family members have a right to food, shelter, and education. No matter what, these rights cannot be removed.
6. Most Druishians have power over a certain aspect of reality. We ask you be respectful of these powers, and if you do, we will be resepectful of you.

I am truly excited to announce that your request for an embassy has been accepted! Your embassy will be located on 8 Marcellus Boulevard, the building that was built especially for the embassy of Dyste. Since you have not brought any vehicles, we will provide 1 armored luxury speeder, the new type of vehicle that is quickly making cars obsolete. We have sent an unmanned drone that will follow your ship and track the Draconids on board, making sure they will be okay. Since this is the first space journey Draconids have ever made, they will most likely suffer from heavy nausea from jumping through the warphole. Upon your request, a 2 statue of each of the Draconids inside the space ship will be built. One set will be placed on embassy grounds, and the other will be placed inside Septim Park, the main park inside the city of Kroset. These will celebrate the first trip your race has made into space. Also, we recommend you first dock your space ship inside our Orbital Space Station, so that the Draconids inside may be treated. They will receive Druishian medicine, which my be yet another new experience for them. Druishian medicine revolves around injection, and I'm sure your ambassador an the crew will be fine. A starship will visit Avaerlonia in two day's time to pick up the Ambassador, his wife, the staff, furniture, etc. When they arrive in the Druach, they will be taken to the Orbital Space Station to recieve treatment for the heavy nausea that comes with first-time space travel. We would be happy to allow you to open up a Welsh school! Due to recent rule changes, we ask you cut down on your staff so it stays under a maximum of 45. We are very sorry for this. We have a slight problem with Mr. Kaushibel's sensitivity. Druach resides on the planet of Saimour (read about in our factbook). Saimour remains in a state of constant cloudiness. Therefore, it remains slightly damp all year long. However, our doctors can give Mr. Kaushibel medicine to desensitize him to dampess, free of charge, if you so desire. Also, we require all pets to be licensed with the NDAA (National Domesticated Animal Association). Doing this is a two minute process and can be filled out at the Space Station when you arrive. One last thing, we are not sure what a "Saloon" is. Assuming it is a car, we would like to inform you that cars are becoming obsolete in favor of speeders. 2 armored speeders will be provided by Druach when you arrive.
