Coat of arms/flag/seal of national capital

So first of, I don't know if this is the right forum for things like this. If it's the wrong one, please tell me!

This thread is about the emblems of your capital. Most towns or citys have a symbol that represents them, be it a coat of arms, a seal or a flag. Post a picture of your national capital and a short explanation of the symbolism. I'll make the start:

Coat of Arms of Bulsan:

In the the quartes on the upper left and the lower right you can see the coat of arms of the original commune of Bulsan, that was first used in the middle ages, when the city was much smaller. The upper right quarter shows what used to be the flag of the city, but vertical instead of horicontal. The lower left is the town of Isakia, that nowadays is part of Bulsan. The supporter things behind the escutcheon are used for every major city in the nation, only the crown is golden instead of argent.

Concordia City

On the left of the shield you can see the national colours of Flaming Soul Forces(green,red and red)
On the right, you can see a blue square which is essentially the flag of the autonomous district/island of Concordia and in the white part you can see the letters 'C C', meaning Concordia City.
The woman on the left is America and the woman on the right is Europe

The man holding the flame is, of course, Prometheus. The other man is a learned man -- a philosopher, engineer, or scientist -- who learns from the forward thinking of Prometheus.

The capital of the Dragon Republic is a federal district, located in the state of Kavlaik (also the capital). It is home to the D.R. Capitol, Kavlaik Monument, and many other things. It's full and federal name is: Kavlaik, District of Flynnerane. This is because the Dragon Republic won its independence of off what is now the Federal Commonwealth of Flynnerane, but was the First Kutch Republic at that time in 1776.

FLAG: The flag of Kavlaik, District of Flynnerane depicts a white background with two red stripes and three red stars. It is based on the Coat of Arms belonging to George Kavlaik's family.

SEAL: The Great Seal of the District of Flynnerane depicts Lady Justice hanging a wreath on a statue of George Kavlaik; the motto of the District of Flynnerane, "GELECHTING VOOR ALLE" (Zitran for Justice for All); and "1871", the year in which the District was organized in its present form. In the background is the Dragon States Capitol on the right; on the left, a train steams across a viaduct under a rising sun.

The Coat of Arms of the Greater Island Kingdom of New Hayesalia is the official government seal for all international and national representative tasks. The crown at the top of the coat of arms represents the Montmarian throne and it's lofty position. The three symbols represent (from left to right) justice for all, the courage of the New Hayesalian people and a symbol of hope for the future.

The upper left and bottom right of the shield feature the New Hayesalian Sun, which is a cultural icon used as by early settlers as a message of good health for their properties. The shields in the top right hand of the shield are the two shields of East New Hayesalia and New Hayesalia. The shield in the bottom right hand is the orignial coat of arms of the nation of Hayestolia, the precursor to New Hayesalia. The central left emblem is the previous coat of arms of New Hayesalia. The emblem center right is the Royal Pennant of the Montmarian Royal Family.

Rätensheims flag have got the same tricolour as our national flag: black-red-yellow. The laurel wreath is our symbol for capitals, the gear symbolizes our emphasis of science, the nation-wide automatization and the 8 Union's Councils.

The coat of the arms of Toyland depicts a birds eye views of the islands amid a silhouette of the mountains, with the sky being lines from our national flag converging in the middle indicating the status of the city as our capital.

Firnstayn's coat of Arms:

The crown shows that it's the residence of the vice-roy, the runic scrip is the citys name, the dragon shows the power Firnstayn has over the other citys of the Fiordland and the spider symbolises our religion.

The Capital of MNU, Belsauris

Flag of Belsauris

Belsauris being one of the first cities to be istablished in MNU's colonies, is thriveing and modern with many coffee shops, 5 star resturants, outlet malls, and offices to behold. Belsauris is based on the planet of Sauris in the galaxy Tomriel. Sauris' enviorment is very warm in the summer and cool in the winter making it more than suitable for cities.

The flag of the City-State of Tærak.

The crown represents the Tærak Royal Family, while the blue represents the ocean, the white represents peace, and the green represents the lush lands which the ancient city-state sits upon graciously.

The flag of Tagor:

As per national law, the flag consists of orange, blue and yellow only.

The yellow stars are for the two large mountains on either side of Tagor.
The orange stripe is for the train line that runs through the centre of Tagor.

Basically it's a map without being a map.

Originally, there was no tooth missing from the skull. However, the assisted-suicide of Venerated Counsel Richard Grey led to the addition of a missing tooth, since Grey was one of the founders and one of the more prominent figures in Central University - the original hub from whence Agymnum expanded.
