Not practiced for a variety of reasons. Firstly, we aren't the Skargh who have no problem eating their slain enemies - we won't eat humans if only to show that we are better than those vile xenos. Secondly, it's unhealthy - humans live long enough for their flesh to accumulate all kinds of toxins at amounts that would kill less-robust creatures, not to mention the potential of contracting deadly prion diseases, to which even our robust immune systems have difficulty resisting. And thirdly, it's just plain disgusting, since we are still technically human, if heavily improved over the inferior version.

Of course, should no more convenient sources of food be available, nobody would hold it against a Sidh if he killed and ate a human.

It isn't really traditional in Radiatia, but has gained popularity in some areas since the fall of communism as being some sort of new consumer option.

What is the legal status of the practice and social attitudes towards it?

It is legal in two states of the Radiatian Federation - Zorbakh and Saskenya. In Saskenya in particular it's considered a local delicacy, with tourists from other parts of the federation or other parts of the world often flocking there to try the infamous cuisine.

In other parts of Radiatia it is illegal.

What culinary names do you use for human meat?

There aren't any culinary names or euphemisms. Radiatians are efficient people, they like to be blatant when naming things:

Beef is called "Dead cow", so dead human meat is "Dead Human Meat".
