Homosexuality is frowned upon but tolerated in government. Most average citizens are indifferent

On 17 July, 2017, the Realm News confirmed that “The Parliament of the Realm has enacted an Act that brought by statutory protection, from that date onwards, the absolute enforcement and guarantee of civil rights, in matters from electoral right to employment quota, of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, women, and ethnic non-Yohannesian minorities in the nineteen countries.”

Although the two Bambemberg Laws enacted by a GOP led parliament in 2018 has since made the “ethnic non-Yohannesian minority and Religious Minority” part subject to debate and uncertainty, there is no sign that the same fate would befall the ”Gender and LGBT” part — that is, because too many Yohannesians support gender and LGBT rights in comparison to Asian immigration and Muslim assimilation, not even the most ardent supporters of the GOP are willing to fight the CDU over the issue. In fact, the de facto leader of the GOP since 2017 — the poster-girl of the Yohannesian far-right — is a strong supporter of gender and LGBT rights herself.

The current Chancellor of the Nineteen Countries herself is also a lesbian, which lends further support to more gender equality and LGBT rights initiatives in future.

The leader and council of temples has complex views on homosexuality stemming from the Ai-ist tradition. Male homosexuality is seen as unstigmatised and unproblematic, as is bisexuality for either gender. However due to the gender roles of Ai-ism, women being exclusive lesbians is strictly forbidden and illegal and as such frowned upon.

I don't think good about it but for the time being anti-homosexual laws are not yet.
