Emperor Roger believes marriage is a union between only a man and a woman. Homosexuals have all the rights as an average Liamese and must refrain from sodomy like any other Liamese.

General Bubba Long II is a sentient turtle. Sentient turtles do not experience homosexuality and they honestly don't understand why humans are so fixated on it. He, like most of his kind, really doesn't care, but he understands why most humans think it's nasty. He has no opposition to the current anti-LGB laws in force in TurtleShroom.

It's completely legal and the leaders support gay rights.
There are a few lunatics about who oppose homosexuality to the point of assaulting homosexuals, but this is generally frowned upon. This is a country where you are allowed to live as you wish for the most part.
