OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUÉ
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Montrose Avenue, New Chicago
From: San Leggera Ministry of Foreign Affairs
To: All Diplomatic Nations
Subject: San Leggera Embassy Programme
Encryption: Open25 July 2012
Dear nations of the world,
As a nation grows and matures, the establishment of diplomatic relations and international ties is essential. San Leggera has thrived for 20 years thus far, and I see no greater time to allow for the creation of diplomatic missions within our fine country. As such, this letter is addressed to all diplomatic nations, officially opening the embassy programme of San Leggera. Locations in our capital city of New Chicago have been allocated to the establishment of chanceries, and, for consulates, the cities of Steelport, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Milan and Seattle have been selected. We await your responses and hope that you will consider the opportunity and apply for an embassy in San Leggera.
Yours faithfully,
Henry Fortino
President of San Leggera
Joseph D'Avanzo
Minister of Foreign Affairs
