Chuying - Tsinchung

It is the country's largest city and the seat of the government; it is located in it's own administrative division (the Tsinchung New District) and is considered on an equal level to a Province of Chuying. It has a population of over 2 million in the city proper, and over 5.2 million in its metropolitan region (including cities in the Tsin Chung Province, which surrounds the New District), over 62% of the country's population lives in the Tsinchung metropolitan area.

It is the economic, political, and social hub of Chuying; it is home to many government agencies, businesses, concert halls, museums, and cultural centres as well as the top schools and universities of Chuying. The city and its metropolitan areas are well connected by a large and extensive network of buses, trains, trams, and high speed rail.

Although the heart of the New District and Tsin Chung province is the city of Tsinchung itself; it also has many other districts and cities nearby that make up its area. The districts are as follows:
