I need to update my entry:
Ivelboria -- Djurma (Seat of Parliament), and La Paz (Judicial Capital)
Some info of Djurma
Djurma is one of the most important cities in Ivelboria, ever. Back from 250BC, this place was established as the capital (in which Djurma was actually called Djsherseyva back then), just right after Ivelboria gained independence from the Romani Passingian Empire. In 239AD, however, the capital was under chaos. Sheplanians were coming in to kill almost everyone, detonated bombs, destroyed buildings, and invaded it. Then, Ivelboria was claimed by the Sheplanians. Ivelboria got its independence almost 2000 years later in the year 1980, but Djurma wasn't the capital. In 2010, 30 years later, it was decided that Djurma would become the capital of the country once again, and in 2013, a plan was set to completely renovate the capital city. This renovation took 6 years, until it finished in 2019. This process helped deal with the traffic, and boost the population, tourism, and was made more eco-friendly. Now, in the year 2026, Djurma has become the second most populated, with just over 10 million. It now holds the seat of parliament.
Djurma is split into 14 regions, with the Danubero River going across. In the middle of Djurma sets the CBD (Central Business Unit), in which it is the most crowded region of all the 14 regions. It is important for the economy, and is also where the Ivelborian Parliament Building is located. In the CBD as well, it also has an Ivelborian CBD National Warning System (INWS), in which every month on the last Friday, they test the signal to remind the citizens of what to do during a natural disaster or other emergency. This was first introduced on the 1st of March 1994, just a month after the 1994 Djurmmoni Earthquake, which also created a tsunami, and a fire tornado (a tornado made of fire), all on the same day. This actually killed 412,406 people totally, with 590,908 injured, and 1,042,146 left missing. This was considered the worst ever disaster recorded in Ivelboria.
Also, to pronounce Djurma, it is ''Jer-Muh'', but ''Yer-Muh'' is also considered acceptable.
