Surounding the fulcrum is a series of tall teeth like buildings. these are the factorys that construct the Screamer class citizen. Beyond that is the political house holds and then just before the inner dome is the HQ barracks for the Screamer warrior class.

A vast desert surrounds the nations capital. And then a lush forest. When the forest begins to aproach on the capital dome Screamer Burn units are sent out to burn it back away from there. This desert is filled with sand. and demons. demons ossupy much of the wilderness. They are mostly friendly and peaceful. except for maybe the Serpenti. they eat anything. omnivoures. what to do with them? kill them thats what. And then use them for food. Yes thats what we do with our national animal. we eat them. WHAHAHAHAHAHA. sorry. evil rant. but yes the screamers take them down to the feeding room where certain things are done and later snack packs are shipped out. Corrupt government? yes. thank you.
