A Witch should be no problem for the Boss and his forces, missiles might be a problem but no Magnetic based propulsion weapons seem to be used thus the Barriers, Shielding, Armor, Nanos, Backup systems, and Reenforced body should help.

Tactics wise we wouldn't go near a ship mounted rail gun unless it is not powerful enough to break past the barrier + Shielding + Armor combo. Preferably we would do diversions before attacking underneath, the best solution is if we were in the same area in a war, to send down a orbital missile strike or use a Mass Accelerator weapon.
