You mean merits?
Well you can clearly see that we have a far more powerful defense program than Fransikania. A third of our government tax money goes to our military(compared to only one fifth by Fransikania) and our Defense Secretary is quite proud of the space laser weapon satellite we have recently launched into orbit.

Perhaps Fransikania can win a "Being Nice" contest against us, but war is our game.

Maybe, i think our soldiers would be more willing to fight and have more determination but they have more funding than us and have a stronger economy so in a defensive war, yes we would win because our military would be more determined as it is on home soil and we would have shorter supply lines to our frontline, in an offencive war we would lose because we couldnt afford it and we would have too few troops for the front line.
