Is the USA a threat to your nation?

I got this idea from the "is communism a threat?" thread.

For example, the US isn't a threat to Safed as although the ruling government is extremely brutal and dictatorial, Safed lacks any resources that the US would want, so they are content to leave it alone as they see no benefit to themselves.

not until it discovers warp drive. presumably by then it won't be america, but a united earth or federation its earth is a member of. and then, if its civilized, it will be invited to join galactic civilization of which our world is a member. every superpower of course would be if we were a human nation on earth.

We would be too large for the USA to threaten, our military budget is larger than their entire economy.

Since we have oil in our nation as well as a sizable nuclear stockpile, i would say yes, they are, their imperialism is indeed a threat to us.

The U.S. is an annoyance, but not a threat. They don't have enough of the power to affect us.

Not really. they wouldn't destroy us. after all, Auzkhian businessmen would buy some of their [semi-failed] businesses.

Though we stayed neutral between the conflicts of USA with other countries, we have been quite a good relationship. So USA's not a threat to our people and goverment.

The Americans are definitely our rivals in almost every aspects of life. It is hard to determine whether we feel threatened by them or not. The most obvious thing is that we and them always engage in political, economic, demographic, cultural, scientific and arms race since the birth of our nation in October 1st 2020 until now.

It poses no real threat since it was just refounded after the Grand World War (WWIII). We however are the most powerful New Age nation to emerge after the war. However the biggest threat we have is China wanting to take our Russian territories (The Soviet Union's lands) from us.

Very much so. Distruzi financial organizations operate as trusts for the wealth of so called "criminal organizations" the US considers undesirable. As such, the US govt routinely rattles sabers at the Realm and has withdrawn all trade with Distruzio... which suits Distruzi merchants with products now illegal in the US and therefore much more profitable to sell products.

When we posed this question on the streets of Urumberg, we got many blank stares and people trying to move away from us. One answer we got repeatedly was, paraphrased of course, "the USA? Is that one of those virtual nations people make up on those online games?"

The US is a little more than a tenth our size, has a little more than a twentieth our military size, and a fraction of our nuclear armament, armour, navy or air. Or infantry, for that matter.
It's also, ICly, effectively on another planet (though not literally).

No and we tend not to bother with each other although there not a fan of are democratic socialist government and we dislike the way there government works.
