We consider it a cult, not a true religion.

The Church of Scientology is illegal.
However, Free Zone Scientology is legal here. Free Zone is a break-away movement that doesn't charge you to learn about Scientology or go through the auditing procedure.
Because the Church of Scientology has been considered unconstitutional here, the same rules apply here that Free Zone Scientology is legal.

It is viewed as something between a destructive, abusive cult and a pyramid scheme. Hence, illegal, after being audited and then investigated by the Dragon's Claw.

Legal, just like all religions and cults that do not break the law. There are no exceptions to the rules on the "it's my religion" basis, so any cult that attempts to sacrifice human beings (or animals if done in a cruel way), thieve or promote illegal substances is outlawed.
In Wallonia-Brussels, religion is largely seen as archaic, primitive and counter-productive. It is allowed to be taught in schools, but most schools do not offer an R.E. class, as they favour morals or ethics classes instead.

Legally: It is Legal though viewed as a Cult rather than a Religion, in Cohokia.
Culturally: Generally not taken seriously. Most Scientologists in Cohokia are arrested for more or less unrelated crimes against humanity.

It is fully legal, as religion is a personal choice, but any misdeeds undertaken by adherents will be punished fully.

Made illegal in 1997 after Scientology members claimed in a court trial that their beliefs forced them to break into a National Guard Base and steal military-grade flight equipment. The crackdown on the illegal cult lead to an infamous shootout between police officers and Scientologists that resulted in the deaths of all but one of the suspects and four police officers.

Letat does not distinguish between "cults" and "religions." Scientology per se is a legal form of voluntary association. Since the Church of Scientology collects revenue, it is taxed like all other religions. Allegations of particular acts of abuse by the Church of Scientology or its members are investigated as any other allegation of abuse would be. Letat is generally an irreligious society, so Scientology has very few adherents.

Scientology? hmm, looks it up --- Ah, those iron tails, they got tossed out for being 'terminally annoying' I mean one does not come into a nation and attempt to claim your faith is better, more important, or superior to the locals and those locals should convert to their faith in place of the local beliefs. It didn't matter those beliefs have been followed since their great to the 5th power ancestors walked the land. That's bad enough, it's worse if those that are pushing the conversions aren't even the same species. >:(
