100% illegal, like any other superstition that is not Maekshovism, the state religion.

Indeed. The Happyologists, as many a CE Visayan would call them, can sue all they want and end up trolled by the legal system, if not the public.

Legal, however its status as a religion is being debated. As for people who follow it. Pretty much non-existent.

This.
This is yet another puppet of Central and Eastern Visayas, created primarily to simulate a part of RL Philippines run by the Bangsamoro people. Expect some Islamist tendencies.

Scientologists are regularly tried for fraud in the nation's courts, as are Catholic priests who proclaim that transubstantiation occurs at Mass.
Don't be deceived when our Revolution has finally been stamped out and they tell you things are better now even if there's no poverty to see, because the poverty's been hidden...even if you ever got more wages and could afford to buy more of these new and useless goods which these new industries foist on you, and even if it seems to you that "you never had so much" - that is only the slogan of those who have much more than you.

The first: No one really minds what happens to cultists. As if the Wrath of Anonymous™ wasn't bad enough.
The second, on the other hand, would net you a fine and jail time for promoting inter-religious discord. We learned from Bacolod, and we don't intend to forget it--let them proclaim what their catechism states. Intolerance of that degree gets you nowhere.
This is Central and Eastern Visayas' second puppet, subscribing to the ideology of Get Real Philippines as faithfully as possible.

Scientology is banned under the the Tolerated Religions Act of 1956, when the newborn Scientology had first come to the Republic, it was quickly banned, one of only 3 'religions' classified as such. While the Church repeated sent missionaries, they have been detained or discredited, and while a small movement remains.
