It is classified as a cult, not as a religion. Thus, although it is legal to practice it, they are not protected against discrimination or hate speech.

Well, it is classed as a religion, which we weren't going to do, but as religion is punishable by death, this seemed a nice, legal way to kill off all of the scientologists.

Because it makes money its classified by the state to be a business (just as all other religions that make money in some way are,) They are therefor heavily scrutinized. There is a branch of Scientology in my region that doesn't concern itself with money and we all get along very well and nobody judges them based on their religion because that's just not cool.

Scientology isn't a problem in my nation, because the people know what waits them if they are discovered to be a scientologist...

Specifically, they have both of their hands processed through a meat grinder (whilst still attached to their limbs of course) and then are force fed said hands as a form of raw mince. Exactly the same happens to their feet. Then comes scaphism. For those of you who are not knowledgable in ancient Persian forms of torture, scaphism is this, to quote Wikipedia:

The intended victim was stripped naked and then firmly fastened within the interior spaces of two narrow rowing boats (or hollowed-out tree trunks), with the head, hands and feet protruding. The condemned was forced to ingest milk and honey to the point of developing severe bowel movement and diarrhea, and more honey would be rubbed on his body to attract insects to the exposed appendages. He would then be left to float on a stagnant pond or be exposed to the sun. The defenseless individual's feces accumulated within the container, attracting more insects, which would eat and breed within his exposed flesh, which—pursuant to interruption of the blood supply by burrowing insects—became increasingly gangrenous. The feeding would be repeated each day in some cases to prolong the torture, so that dehydration or starvation did not kill him. Death, when it eventually occurred, was probably due to a combination of dehydration, starvation and septic shock. Delirium would typically set in after a few days.

Of course in this instance, the stumps of the limbs would be protruding out of the boats, rather than the hands or feet. Interestingly enough, some of the faeces produced would be the digested waste of their hands and feet...

And that's how you effectively deal with scientologists, kids ;)

Scientology is classified not as a religion but as an extortion scam, and is prosecuted as such.

Legal here but not a recognized religion due to the practice of charging mandatory fees. Any religion requiring fees or tithes is denied recognition, tax-exempt status, and government protection as a religion. So legal but marginalized.

While the nation of New Joshlands distrusts Scientology and doesn't recognize it as a religion but as a cult, it is still very much legal. New Joshlands believes that as Thomas Jefferson said, "It does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg."

The Kingdom of New Tarajan allows its citizens to freely follow the religion they prefer, maintaning a rigid distance between public and private choices (this led the government often to be more severe toward those religions pretending to invade its sphere of competence, such as Christianism, or Islam).
Since Scientology is viewed more as a criminal organization than a religious one, and potentially dangerous for citizens, in theory it's tolerated, but practically the Royal Gendarmerie sistematically monitors its temples, easily intervening also with the use of force, if there's also only a suspect of criminal activity.

Completely Legal
I am a Wiccan. Do not assume I am an Atheist in Religion threads simply because I support complete Secularization of Government Entities.

Social Libertarian (could care less about Economics, there are people who are more educated at it, so it is a waste of time to try and debate me on it.). As stated above I am a Wiccan, and I find solidarity with the Egyptian Deities. I support government secularization as well as complete freedom of religion, as I believe that to truly be secular, the state must respect all beliefs, and favor none. And I recently enlisted in the United States Navy.
