Everything about your gun is weird (not necessarily bad), it has a 27 round magazine when most assault rifles have a 30 round mag, it is bottom ejecting, and it has a lot of wooden parts. A simple way to improve your rifle would be to give it more synthetic parts.
Bottom ejection is not necessarily a bad thing, unless you're firing while running forwards. It could make the weapon more complicated, but otherwise it has no real effect on operation, and makes the weapon ambidextrous, a useful thing in a military weapon. The balance IS a forwards-heavy, though, you might want to shorten the barrel for ergonomics reasons.
The 27 round magazine...isn't a bad thing either, are there extended magazines available? If not, is there some way to strap two magazines together?
I did not say they were inherently bad (except for all those wooden parts that might weigh down the gun), in the case of a bullpup bottom ejection is probably preferred, the 27 round magazine on the other hand is just different, not good, maybe slightly bad because you have 3 less rounds although it is not a real problem, just means a little more reloading.

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I have no criticisms to make.
