No comments on new rifle makes me a sad banana.

What is a bayonet tube, i looked it up, and this is the only thing I could find.

Wikipedia
A Field-tube boiler (also known as a bayonet tube[1] ) is a form of water-tube boiler where the water-tubes are single-ended. The tubes are closed at one end, and they contain a concentric inner tube. Flow is thus separated into the colder inner flow down the tube and the heated flow upwards through the outer sleeve. As field tubes are thus dependent on thermo-syphon flow within the tube, they must thus always have some vertical height to encourage the flow. In most designs they are mounted near-vertically, to encourage this.

So that brings up the question why does your gun have a bayonet tube?

A bayonet tube in context of firearms is just a piece of metal that's easy to stick a bayonet on instead of the barrel to prevent warping.

Since you love rails so much wouldn't is just be cheaper to give your bayonets rails instead of making a whole new part for your rifles. Also if your weapons are even remotely well designed the barrel won't warp because you stab someone with a bayonet.

These things are contradictory. Especially when compared to your nation's stats.

Main Infantry Weapon

We use a weapon called the SHAR-12-01 which is an assault rifle that can withstand any climate. It has been said to be even more reliable that any AK model. It shoots a 7.62mm NATO bullet. It has a simple ACOG scope with night vision and scope covers. Its range is very long but hasn't been measured. It can have HK69, M203, GM-94, or a GP-25 grenade launcher. The gun is shorter than most other bullpup weapons. It has a bullet counter that measures how many bullets are in the magazine so the soldier can be ready to take out multiple targets without reloading.

In-use picture: Image

Sub Machine Gunner

We use the Thompson with some updated features including a red dot sight, munition counter, barrel, trigger, trigger response, recoil control system, and firing system to make the bullet launch at a higher speed.

Designated Marksman

We use a extended M16A4 with a bigger chamber and magazine to fit a 7.62mm bullet. The M16A4 was dropped as the main infantry rifle for the SHAR-12-01 in 2008. But it went to replace the M16A2 for the DMR. The Saint Haden Army still has the 88th Civil Affairs using the M16A4 as their main infantry rifle. It has shown it can be used as a DMR. The IOR 2.5-10×42 tactical scope with SVD Type illuminated reticule on the rifle allows the shooter to take out targets farther away. The reticule is also used in the Russian SVD sniper rifle also known as the Dragunov.

Side Arm

We use the Desert Eagle, the Beretta M9, and a Glock 21 12mm pistols

For a first attempt this is great. I think the M16 rail is kind of obsolete though, plus it appears to obstruct your red dot sight and it doesn't line up with your front iron sight. Personally, I would replace it with a folding or drum sight.

Also, it would be cool if you're able to come up with some stats. I'd suggest you look to Wiki for guidance if you're not up to speed on firearms. Try to combine aspects of the guns which have influenced your design to work out what the stats should be.

A collaborative production between Solyhniya's two biggest industrial groups - S.Z. and Spashkov Industries - gave birth to the AS-K. It is chambered in the heavy, TMJ, lead core, subsonic ammo 10x45 round specifically designed for this rifle. The resultant weapon is silent and provides impressive armor-piercing capabilities at ranges of up to 300m. It is used only by special forces and black ops commandos who need the firepower without the noise.

For even more clandestine operations where operatives cannot afford to leave even a trace of their presence, a "receiving magazine" was designed to be attached to collect spent shell casings. The regular "recmag" has a capacity of 60 cases before needing to be emptied or replaced.

EDIT: Please ignore the rounds shown in the images. They're completely wrong.

Thoughts anyone? Yes, it is basically an AS Val. However, the AS Val isn't built into PMG so I don't think I'm too out of order here. The recmag was an original idea.

I like the idea of recreating the Val, but why didn't you just use the VSS Vintorez as a base to modify? Isn't it the companion rifle (other than one being used as a sniper rifle) to the Val?

AV-9 (Avtomat Vlasjuk - Devjat')
АВ-9 (Автомат Власюк - Девять)

Image

This rifle is the brainchild from the fresh, young and relatively inexperienced, Borys Vlasjuk, an engineer employed by Sich Factories (SZ). It uses a brand new, patented balanced gas operating system, allowing it to fire a 7.62 x 50mm round whilst retaining a level of accuracy described as "superb" in Solyhniya's recent assault rifle tests. The AV-9 looks set to shake up the status quo in the Solyhniyan arms industry and may soon be widely adopted by the armed forces if it continues to succeed in the test phase.

I haven't got any stats on it yet besides the fact that it fires the 6.5 Grendel. It's a bit of a mix between the HK416, the ACR, and the G36C. I'll have stats up soon.

No comments on how it looks?

EDIT: I also added more.

Like the round, and the image looks fine. Glad to see someone else like the 6.5 Grendel. If it wasn't for the fact that I was using the R2 advanced combat system than those would be the rounds I use for each weapon usually due to their high ballistic coefficient. Assault rifle we would use the 6.5mm Grendel, for battle rifles we would use the 6.5mm Lapua Magnum, for general purpose machine guns lastly we would use the .300 lapua, for long range sniper rifles.

Fires .280 British from a 27-round mag. Recoil-operated, has a 620mm barrel, ejects from what would look like a SVD magazine, but is actually a casing chute.

Everything about your gun is weird (not necessarily bad), it has a 27 round magazine when most assault rifles have a 30 round mag, it is bottom ejecting, and it has a lot of wooden parts. A simple way to improve your rifle would be to give it more synthetic parts.

Bottom ejection is not necessarily a bad thing, unless you're firing while running forwards. It could make the weapon more complicated, but otherwise it has no real effect on operation, and makes the weapon ambidextrous, a useful thing in a military weapon. The balance IS a forwards-heavy, though, you might want to shorten the barrel for ergonomics reasons.

The 27 round magazine...isn't a bad thing either, are there extended magazines available? If not, is there some way to strap two magazines together?

Just to be clear, you want spent casings to travel from the chamber in the butt, forward past the firing mechanism and out a chute in front of the trigger guard?
