I currently, and as long as I have been on NS, always used Photoshop CS2. Never ever Paint.NET.

I have no intention of paying for and investing time in a new Photoshop when I have already invested time in this one. It does what I want and I'm happy.

By "on officers" do you mean that it's part of their standard-issue kit? Are you implying every member of your commissioned force is a fully qualified sniper? Either that's a very small group or very expensive to train and maintain.

Either that or you mean that your snipers shoot at officers...which really isn't of note since in modern warfare, that would be common sense.

Genivar soldiers are divided into squads of 5. The first 3 are riflemen, the 4th is a medic, and the 5th man is a sharpshooter. Its the sharpshooters job to spot and kill the commanding officer.

-our main armored vehicle is the russian T-90, due to its high strength, cheap cost to mass produce and general reliability

Image

-our main assault weapon is the AK-101 soon to be AK-201, it combines the strength adn durability of the AK-47 with that of modern hi tech weapons used by NATO and British forces.

Image

our most notible weapon however is that of our National Space Center, hovering over 100 miles from the surface of the earth costing over 1 trillion dollars it is the most expensive purpose built weapon in human history, posessing a 4,000 chamber gasus plastma erray at its core it has the ability to deliver a plastma strike anywhere on the planet in a matter of minutes with the power of over 500 megatonnes of explosive (equivilent to 10 tsar bombs) this is the most powerful weapon in existance and has been noted to be almost indestructable due to its complex EMP transmittors and high density shielding.

@ Great Darthidium - Your space weapon doesn't exist as it costs almost 10 times your whole government budget.

I had CS4 for free from my school, my laptop crashed (on fiancee's currently) but once I get mine back up I'm downloading CS5 for free from them, I'll still use PMG.

Yeah, the GIMP does pretty much everything. Even the kitchen sink. Good old .TKS files.

Aside from that bad joke, it also works well with my tablet, allowing me to draw awesome things.

If I wanted to bring Ursava back, their Rods of God would make that thing look like a pea-shooter for half the price and twice the overall efficiency. There are many weapons in the NS-verse which nations sponsor that are much more powerful (i.e, my ex-nation's Rods of God) overall.

Can it destroy all live in the Known Galaxy or even the Universe?
Ours can, the Ring and ark is used if our old enemies pop back into live and infect the Galaxy. This weapon is so powerful that it can even kill us because of our live material, which is why it is a debate if we should think God would want us to be perfect or if we should make one sacrifice for our life. another option is to just make a suit that can resist it.

I am Sumer. It's what I RP under, and what you'll find me on auxilliary sites like LINC and NSD under. Since "Sumer" has been reserved since the start of the game, I just use this.

Also godrods (terrible name) are very very limited damage wise; essentially a 250 ib bunker buster. Nuclear scale damage is impossible unless the thing is ~tons and moving at around 70 km/s (lowest tech/highest damage we managed to draw up back in the old days of #d).
