In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fleged diplomatic mission to the Imperium comprising 4 security staff, 5 diplomatic staff and 2 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the Monarchy in the aforementioned sovreign state.

This missive bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sir Daniell Williams. In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fleged diplomatic mission to the Imperium comprising 4 security staff, 5 diplomatic staff and 2 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the Monarchy in the aforementioned sovreign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint Ms. Jane Van der Waal as the head of the soon to be formed Heleventian diplomatic mission to the Scientific Collectives who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt. Honourable Jane Van der Wall, who, I hope, shall discharge her duties well and mantain positive and immortal relations with the Scientific Collectives . The other diplomatic staff shall comprise various Attaches and First Officers who shall be appointed in the due course of time.

Your Government, herby willing to establish its own diplomatic mission in Heleventia shall fail to do so for a lack of similar Heleventian Embassy Programme. However, Her Majesty's Government invites a diplomatic mission to be sent to one of the two neighbouring sovreign states which have an active embassy programme, hereby reffering to the Millireanian Embassy Programme or the Mizialandian Embassy Programme wherein the mission shall account for the nations in question beside Heleventia.

Enclosed you will find the complete Embassy application with all details that are required and neccessary for the establishment of Heleventian Diplomatic Mission. Should this application or any of the components of the application arise a matter of concern for the Foreign Affairs Office, please inform me at the earliest for the concern, to be ratified. We are shocked to see that our application has been denied. Perhaps there must been some sort of miscommunication.

• Namor is not a communist or socialist country. It is actually an inoffensive centrist democracy which accepts both left-wing and right-wing ideologies. In fact, we have spoken out against communist regimes over the past few years as much as we do to other types of governments.
• The said views on communism and capitalism does not apply to the whole of the government. Our country has a Communist Party and a Capitalist Party, both which hold an equal number of seats in the Central Council. The former detests capitalism, and the latter detests communism. Our current leader and the ruling party has personal views on the ideologies, but does not do anything to carry out his thinkings.
• Despite the views on capitalism from the top leaders of Namor, the country is slightly becoming capitalist itself. The private sector is steadily increasing in Namor, and the government is beginning to lose faith in the social market system, although it is not going to let go of it totally yet. Private businesses have grown common ever since the Reformation Years, when Namor's leaders decided to transform Namor into a semi-capitalist paradise.
