The President of the U.S.A has a spouse who is referred to as the "First Lady" What is the spouse of your leader called?
Our Chancellor is unmarried, but if he did have a wife, she would be called the Supreme Mistress. Even though she is referred to as Supreme Mistress, she has no power. Though it is forbidden in our nation for females to run for government or even vote, if we did get a female chancellor for some reason, her husband would be called The Prime Gentleman.

Normally the ruler's spouse would just be called "The Emperor's/Empress' Wife/Husband" but the current Xektus has no wife, and has never married.

President Mickey Chang's wife is called Lily.
In Fatatatutti, spouses have no official existence because they aren't elected.
