The title she uses is Banthaokha, abbreviated to Btk. as she is the District Moderator of Yaowarat Sampheng Council. Her official title is therefore Btk. Trân Thanh Kiêm. Were she an ordinary citizen, she would be referred to as Luang Trân Thanh Kiêm

If the spouse was a female, she is able to choose from these 3 titles: Highest Doxy (doxy is another word for wife), Chief Mistress, or Cardinal Chatelaine (chatelaine is another word for wife). Chief Mistress has been chosen every time. But then again, our nation has only been around since 1998...

If the spouse is male, he is able to choose one of these 3 titles: Head Cavalier (cavalier is another word for gentleman), Prime Master, or Arch Paramour (paramour is another word for spouse, no matter the gender). Arch Paramour was chosen the one time a female was our leader. He couldn't decide if Prime sounded better, or Arch. So he tossed a coin (tails for Arch, heads for Prime), and Arch won.

Most sources claim Chancelorette, Head Spouse, First Lady, or Wife of the Chancellor would be selected. However, Tsarevich was number one in the last poll regarding this, which is strange, because TurtleShroom never had a Tsar/Czar.)

The spouse of the President of Pollepao would hold the title of the First Lady, however the current President is unmarried. The spouse of the Prime Minister holds the title of First Lady while the President is unmarried, and should the President marry then she would hold the title of Second Lady.

Should the President or Prime Minister be female, their male spouse would then be called the First Gentleman and Second Gentleman respectively. Should a Machine member of society become Prime Minister or President, then they would have no spouse since they are a machine so the title is irrelevant.

The consort addition to the title is to differentiate a Queen consort from a Queen monarch and a Prince consort from a Prince, the prince consort is the first amongst equals for princes when precedence needs to be taken into account for things like seating arrangements at formal dinners, The Prince consort will always sit on the right hand side of the Queen monarch with the Prince or Princess heir sitting on the left and the other children and spouses of the monarch being seated in order of seniority (in terms of length of service) at the table with the most senior being closest to the monarch.

The primary spouse of the prime minister has no special title and is known by their own name and title/rank.
