While it's difficult to get away with the law in Andocara, it is also difficult to be locked up in prison, as a lot of the time, people end up taking mandatory correctional classes at a military school, lasting 4 years and have an opportunity to turn around. They are warned that if they repeat the offence again, they will face prison time. Their activity would also be highly monitored by the law (In other words, they get less privacy). This is if they commit murder, child abuse, rape, illegal drug usage, kidnapping, or other similar crimes. Smaller offenses like traffic violations, won't be taken as seriously, and will likely result in getting a ticket, as well as taking a mandatory driving education course.
