Actually, we have three tiers of adults, as many things have an age requirement of 18 years, such as to vote in elections, hold public office, and qualify for some occupations.

It's true that young people can become independent from their parents at age 16, but this does not mean they are full adults as one is not really fully developed physically until around age 21. Thus it is highly rational to have an age restriction of 21 years for those highly intoxicating and dangerous substances such as alcohol and tobacco.

We have only one majority age 18. But, some things can be done from 16. As, vote on referendums, drive scooters, work , etc.

Today musicians still play music and hold concerts there, fitting that the god it's dedicated to is not only a healer but a musician too. Inside the temple there are paintings of mythic and allegorical scenes of the God Apollo and also Asclepius and Salus, and the deities helping people to heal from disease in the typical baroque art style of painting. Its grand dome has a golden discs and shapes representing the Sun and the stars, and the main Golden disc has the name of the Sun, Ἠέλιος.

It is one of many temples of Vienna built by the Imperial-Royal family.

Coincidence, the Imperium's Religion is also (Imperial) Hellenism however we worship Apollo and Artemis together in like in the Temple of Apollo and Artemis, most of their temples are dedicated to both gods although there are temples with Apollo and Daphne or just Apollo. Artemis has most of her temples in Natural reserve areas or citizens nearby to nature and also in hospitals since she is Goddess of Children and Childbirth along with Eilithia. There are also Temples to Helios and Luna too who is worshipped alongside the twins, it's just based on people's beliefs but most people worship both sets of gods.
