[Imperial Rifta]

Imperial Rifta revealed itself to Earth in the 1950s. Before this time, Earth was just silently observed. In 1920, scientists decided to collect Earth-dwelling flora and fauna to study it, and compare it to that of Rifta. The expedition collected some 200 different species from all the different biomes. One group was sent to the depth of the oceans. The Emperor Dumbo Octopus, which was undiscovered at the time, was found.

On 22 July 1956, a major fire broke out in a warehouse used to store film and other materials owned by United Pictures Incorporated and located on their backlot.
