''SC's Japan's system is a ''republic'' (In a sense, that it is not ruled by a monarch, that is), due of the fact, that Hirohito disappeared in late 40s during RNGOC's occupation of Japan, and the rest of royal family scattered in the winds (Some of Ring of Fire's military officials speculate, that Emperor got executed by RNGOC's soldiers, due of the fact, that RNGOC wanted to show, that ''it is there to stay, and break down the spirit'', although that was never proven. Exact info is not known for sure, as Protector of Asia - the leader of RNGOC, and similar to Father America in SC, ordered to censor most of records from that time), and as RNGOC's occupation lasted for more than 70 years until its collapse, at the end, when Ring of Fire (A SC's Commonwealth, which consists from Japan, Korea, eastern Manchuria, and eastern Siberia) was formed, SC's Japan was a confused nation, which didn't knew, in what direction to go, as the raiders were still around, and political sphere of it was still very chaotic. Situation was made worse by the fact, that Sakhalin, along with Kuril islands, and Hokkaido had been given to Ainu governors by Tom, and although Misao said, that ''our two nations will still be allied to each other'', some of SC's Ring of Fire's generals protested the decision, as they saw those two regions as one, and thus inseparable. However, just like many of the SC's regions, SC's Japan is very totalitarian as well, with big cult of personality around its leader, press censorship, surveillance, and extreme jacobinism promoted by Supercompter Tom (Despite all that, support for monarchy in SC's Japan is still quite significant, and the first President-Governor Misao was even ready to restore it - it was Tom, who put obstacles in his plan.), along with veneration of the military, which is one of the most important means of protecting the islands. President-Governor of SC's Japan also is often considered as an ''uniting figure'' for SC's Japanese, and also bears ''Shogun'' as a secondary title. Ring of Fire's structure is similar to that of many SC's Commonwealth's - one region is the ''capital region'', to which all the other regions answer to, along with their regional autonomies - similarly to Tom, and major regional governors, just one step lower. However, that doesn't mean, that there aren't disagreements - for example, leaders of SC's Korea, and Japan often argue with each other, and are in a staunch competition. Ring of Fire also is a good fighting force in regional waters, but if compared to states like SC's Canada, its navy is still weaker, because of RNGOC's collapse - it affected ship building industry, as due of no one building new ships, or replacing the old ones, old ones started to rust into docks.''

''1. While one of the main tasks of the Stormjaers (Stormtroopers, more info in military factbook) is to assist Renier's South Africa in a military conflict, one of this paramilitary's other tasks is being peace keepers in towns, and large cities as well. Those tasks also include dealing with things like domestic abuse, containing the wildfires, catching criminals, and distributing food rations. (Despite the fact, that obesity is already becoming significant in the commonwealth, food rationing is still around, following the example of military rationing.) Also, unlike with regular police, which can't enter the native ''autonomies'' without the approval of local police units, Stormjaers have the authority to enter any regions, and their decisions often overrule the decisions of local police, or even courts. That said, their units are usually deployed only when situation is becoming dangerous (Like criminals, and raiders terrorizing a town for month, or kids terrorizing their family for years), and will usually leave ''unimportant'' tasks for regular police to handle. Also, the members of this paramilitary usually treat both minor, and adult criminals equally badly. It is also rumored, that a lot of the members of the organization ''possibly have psychopathic tendencies'', as some of them can become heated pretty quickly, and authorize killing the suspects even in cases, when they aren't very dangerous, and it is not unusual for them to lengthen the execution process. For the same reason, there is even a phrase in SC's South Africa - ''There are two types of psychopaths - regular psychopaths, and psychopaths with power''.''
''2. One of the indicators for slow SC's shift towards mixed far-left, and far-right policies was actually visible on its post stamps - In 1996, Commonwealth's Central National Bank printed a special stamp with Karl Marx on it, but in 2006 - a special edition stamp with Lenin's face on it. (In SC's timeline, Lenin, and the Bolsheviks fought against both Kerensky, and the forces of ''Immortal Tsar'' - the later leader of the second superstate of SC's world.) Along with that, other socialist figures like Mao, Hoxha, TIto, and Ceausescu have appeared on SC's stamps. Overall, SC's stamps have regional editions, so a lot of the faces of various political figures are on them. In fact, the faces of the past figures are often visible not only on post stamps - for example, portraits of José Antonio Primo de Rivera in SC's Spain can often be seen in cafes, but portraits of Kim Il-song can often be seen on streets in SC's Korea - personalty cult is one of the things, which all regions inherited from the three superstate rule. in SC's USA, there also are lots of statues of Charles Lindbergh in its cities. This bizzare mix of far-left, and far-right has left many political experts outside of SC's universe very puzzled, to say the least - some say, that SC's leadership is ''trying to appropriate the imagery of socialism to push its agenda''. People like Robespierre, Kyuichi Tokuda, Siad Barre, and Simón Bolívar have been featured on the post stamps as well.''

''In SC's timeline, DERG was formed in the 70s as an Ethiopian resistance movement in the disputed zone, and which also sought to liberate Africa under a pan-African government. (Disputed zone was a region around equator, where most of the warfare between three superstates took place, according to the treaty signed after the Great Nuke War. Also the region affected by warfare the most.) They performed guerrilla-like tactics on SC's troops, which fought in African front, thus inflicting heavy casualties to them, especially the Afrikaner troops, as they often were in the first front lines, and suffered heavy losses near the borders of African frontier as well, due of destroying rebel groups, and their camps across the border. During the few moments of peace (Usually months, but sometimes even years), DERG soldiers would usually come out of hiding, and secure the support of the local populace, which too was suffering from the disputed zone's warfare. By things like literacy campaign, and providing clean water supply, they managed to recruit more and more members not only in Ethiopia, but even in places like Eritrea, Kenya, or Somalia. Such cat and mouse game between DERG's partisans, and armed forces of three superstates lasted during the whole existence of other two superstates, until the 2030s.''
''After the collapse of other two superstates, and SC's soldiers retreating from disputed zone after a while, DERG's partisans came out of hiding, and similarly to groups like Vietcong, quickly established some states in the formerly chaotic land, as due of the fact, that no active warfare took place between three superstates anymore, people in disputed zone could actually rebuild themselves without fear of getting all that destroyed in flames of war just a few months later. That said, SC still had a presence in Africa in form of spies, as it wanted to prepare for Scramble of the World by holding talks with various local African leaders, and exploring the area. The first red flags for DERG were arrivals of large squadrons of SC's soldiers, which started to build various fortifications, and seemed to be ''there for stay'', unlike in the past disputed zone war, where front lines often were hectic. Of course, DERG launched attacks of asymmetrical warfare against the SC's troops, but with better technologies, the latest generation of SC's soldiers were able to easier track down the partisans, and inflict heavy casualties to them as well. Later on, some of the members of the political organization argued for a different approach - instead of opposing SC's rule militarily, it would instead pretend to ''ally'' with SC's leaders, but actually would continue the resistance from the inside, by slowly raising the tensions inside the Commonwealth, with the ultimate goal being the unification of Africa. Although many notorious members opposed it, and insisted on continued military resistance, in the vote between its members, the ''inside-out'' strategy was picked instead, and in late September, DERG officially aligned with SC, and was put in charge of the proposed SC's administrative region - Horn of Africa.''
''After DERG joined the SC, some of its members felt, that the leadership had ''betrayed their original cause'', and continued to resist. Renier tasked loyalists with hunting down the dissent groups, which split away from the DERG in SC's government. In the following months, DERG underwent a purge ordered by SC's authorities, as they still remained suspicious of DERG allying with SC ''too soon, like a surprise'', and it deemed, that ''DERG is still a potential rebel hotbed'', and although DERG kept their pan-Africanism, and anti-monarchist stance, marxism-leninism was replaced by a mix of communist economical policies, and fascist social policies. That said, in secret, DERG still holds to its original plan of ''tearing SC from inside-out''. As of now, it is the ruling party of Horn of Africa - one of 90 SC's administrative regions. (Consisting from Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, and Kenya), and one of the most important parties in the Pan-African council (Almost all SC's Africa's regions are members of it, with exception of SC's South Africa). That said, it has still faced similar issues to those, which Supercomputer Tom faces with Regional-Governors - political infighting, and ethnic conflicts, for an example. (SC takes ethno-federalism to the extreme - while DERG theoretically controls all of Horn of Africa, in reality, it directly controls the Amharic inhabited areas in Ethiopia, where their support base lies. Regions inhabited by groups like Tigrayans, Oromo, Somalis, and Maasai, for an example, are usually controlled by various warlords, and local parties, which are supposed to function as representatives for the ethnic groups. While some are more loyal to Amharic government than others, DERG hasn't got a 100% control over any of them).''

''In SC, there is only one major social network, named ''Illumination'', while the computers themselves run on Temple OS - an OS somewhat similar to IRL Microsoft OS, but with differences, like pre-installed tracking system, in order for SC's governments to keep an eye on the people's activities in internet. Logo of Temple OS is a cross with clouds around them, and sun behind the clouds. During its first years of creation, most of its users were in SC's America, and there were only a few people, but as further developments of internet, and electricity network took place in SC's ''FIrst World'' territories, more and more people were able to connect to the internet, and in the mid 2040s, the amount of internet users had reached over 20 million, mostly in SC's ''first world'' regions. Right now, SC's technicians are expanding internet access in newly conquered territories as well, and more users keep coming to SC's internet, with most of them being government officials of the newly formed regions, or Elites. As of now, SC's government is trying to preserve the ''Illumination's'' status as the sole social network in its internet, and other alternatives are usually cracked down. That said, new websites are still appearing, with most of them being computer game sites, or video sharing websites. During the 2020s, Russian Empire and RNGOC (The two other superstates in SC's universe) tried to establish a some kind of social network, and internet in their countries as well, but only a few people used it (Mostly government officials), it had limited internet speed, and connection. After the collapse of those other superstates, most of the internet servers of them shut off soon, due of the lack of maintenance during the chaos. After the Scramble for the World, SC's technicians have turned in some of those servers again, in order to connect the territories of former two superstates with SC's internet better. (And unlike with former disputed zone, SC doesn't need to build everything from zero there.)''

''In SC's timeline, wall on Mexico's border was actually a collaborative work between Mexican Synarchists, and The Party (Silver Legion). Context: During early 2000s, when reformist period was still going on, a lot of citizens from Central American regions of SC tried to get to the United Megastates, as it was more internally stable, had less unemployment, wasn't as poor, and violence wasn't as widespread. (In terms of SC's world, that is, because in IRL world, some of Megastates would be classified as ''second world'' instead.) Both Mexican, and American governors viewed it as a big issue, because synarchists in Mexico wanted to keep their labor force ''inside their regions'', and immigration to Megastates like Lone Star, and Great Lakes was also leaving Central America's manpower dry. At the same time, due of strong nationalism/jingoism in Megastates, regional governors wanted to keep out the ''regional immigrants'', as they sometimes referred to those coming to Megastates. Although both sides tried to stop immigration to the north (For different reasons, however), some thought, that border was still ''too poorly defended'', and in early 2015, 5 regions on the border (Lone Star, Pacifica, Rockies, Greater Baja, and Chihuahua) called a meeting of their party members, in order to find a solution for the issue. Although some didn't support the idea of a border wall, arguing in favor of more mobile immigration control instead, and saying, that ''the wall would quickly become outdated, as technological progress goes on'', most of the party's members were in favor of a physical concrete wall on borders of former California, New Mexico, and Arizona. (On the border of former Texas, there was Rio Grande river, so regions didn't invest as much money in there). In SC's timeline, although Trump would never become the president (Obviously), he would still have quite a big voice in SC's politics.''
''First part of the wall was built between El Paso, and Ciudad Juárez - the border cities. As it was built on both sides, there was a small strip of land between them, and most of it eventually was set full with barbed wires, mines, sawed-off shotguns, and other traps for those, who would have managed to somehow get past over the previous wall. From there, border wall was slowly expanded in western direction. In order to better transport supplies in emergency situations (like war, for an example), wall's transport roads had to be wide enough for a bicycle, or small ATV to drive on. Many parts of the wall were built not only with watch towers, and cameras, but with artillery positions as well, and even technological wonders like force fields - it indicated, that both regions wanted to use the wall as a military defense position instead, as tensions between SC's Central American, and Megastate regions were still high, despite working on a common project. Most of the border wall was built on Rockies-Chihuahua border, but in the border of Pacifica-Greater Baja - only a small portion of it. The Lone Star's border with Central American Commonwealth (Mexico) was the Rio Grande river, which meant, that wall there wasn't as strong, due of Rio Grande serving as a natural obstacle, and strong border outposts were built only at the crossings of the bridges between the border - both in cities, and rural regions. That said, by using fast electric rafts, border guards were still able to remain relatively mobile even on water, and some kind of floating fence was still put on the river, in order to prevent crossings of river in places, where there weren't border outposts. In some cases, the wall/defense systems extend even a bit into sea, eerily reminding of the Great Wall of China.''
''Overall, building the wall took about 8 years, as its construction was started in 2015, but was completed only in late 2023, with last completed portion being on border of Greater Baja, and Pacifica, and separating Tijuana from San Diego. Later on, Supercomputer Tom even made a special ''Mexican-American'' friendship badge for that, with Mexican eagle, and American silver eagle both holding claws together. Over the years, some parts of the wall have received upgrades with force fields, which can be turned off to let approved people, like ranchers, or travelers with travel permits, to pass. Also, some of the mine fields have been cleared, as mines have been replaced with movement sensors in some portions of the wall. That said, although wall stands to this day, some portions of it have become outdated, and due of electricity shortages, guards have returned on some parts of the wall, as the advanced border control systems lack power to function in every part of the wall. Due of that, discussions about wall's effectiveness have arisen again on both sides of it, and some say, that ''instead of a concrete wall, it would have been enough with high-tech alone''. Also, a lot of people from Central American, and SC's Mexico still try to get to the more developed, and safer regions in North America, despite the threat of deportation by Tom's cronies, as SC's Central America often is unstable, and although is still classified as ''first world'' in geopolitical sense, in terms of development, it remains behind SC's USA. Due of the savagery of the locals, and soldiers in Rockies, Rockies megastate usually is only a stop before more developed SC's America's regions, like Pacifica, Lone Star, and Eastern Columbia. (Although there technically aren't any immigrants in SC (According to SC's government, that is) due of it being a world government, internal travel between regions is strictly limited, and those without travel, or temporary work permits are usually treated as illegals.)''

''Guantanamo base was an important part in Caribbean campaign in 1950s, as the troops moving out of it helped to distract some of the Cuban army from SC's naval invasions, and air drops, and helped it secure more ground for landing troops. (Albeit Cuban campaign was still quite costly, due of partisan resistance, and due of fact, that Castro, and Batista had teamed up to fight off SC's armies) After the end of Caribbean campaign, Guantanamo would remain under direct administration of SC's America, and would be used as a prison as well, similarly to OTL. However, unlike in OTL, there was never a ''Cactus Curtain'' separating the base from the rest of the Cuba, and Caribbean, and base regularly received supplies from Cuba, even after the devolution process began, and Caribbean Region became an autonomous administrative region of Central American Commonwealth. In fact, some of Caribbean's leaders didn't even allow to mention Guantanamo base in private talks for the rest of the local Party's members. Guantanamo was given to SC's Caribbean Federation by Supercomputer Tom only in 2025, in order to ''reduce government expenses'', but with a catch - Army of the Megastates still owns the base in a way, despite the fact, that it now is de jure owned by ''Revolutionary Caribbean Army''. Over the years, many of the minefields have been replaced by movement sensors, and forcefields - the general trend of SC. There aren't as much soldiers anymore either - a lot of the guards of the base now are securitrons, or sentry bots - mostly imported from SC's America, but some are manufactured in the local Caribbean island factories. The base houses not only Caribbean fleet's ships, but also ships from the rest of Central American Commonwealth, and even the latest megastate ships - due of that, the docks of the base have been expanded over the years. Base is still also used as prison for terrorists, and prisoners of war, but now it is administrated by local SC's Cuban authorities. (Although most say, that nothing much has changed in terms of conditions in prison, some say, that ''Under Caribbean Army's administration, conditions have dropped significantly'')''

''Although Tom is a zealous Christian, and SC's America as well (the leader of the Commonwealth), ironically enough, at the same time it has supported various Islamist groups in the former disputed zone - one example being SC's Middle East, where Tom sought support not only from Baathists, Lehi, and Kataeb, but from Ikhwan warriors as well, in preparations for Scramble of the World. Various Tom's agents made deals with the group leaders, and one of the tasks assigned for Ikhwan was destruction of the disputed zone's emirates and sultanates in Arabia as a part of the Tom's anti-monarchist campaign. In exchange, Tom promised them a seat in the government of the region of Greater Arabia, and Middle Eastern Commonwealth (That said, Tom had a hard time to convince their leaders, due of their anti-west, and anti-socialist stance(. However, shortly after the Scramble for the World ended, internal fighting between Baathists, and Ikhwan broke out, as both had different visions for the republic - Baathist leader wanted a secular state, while Ikhwan leader preferred an Islamic republic. Although Tom opposed secularism/atheism, he didn't intervene in conflict directly in favor of one size, but he moved in SC's special units in Israeli regions in order to prevent violence from spilling over there as well, because Tom was well aware, that neither side liked Tom's decision to establish Israel as its own autonomy of Middle Eastern Commonwealth, and that destruction of Lehi would also destroy the order within Levant region. Although Baathists won the first round of infighting, Ikhwan soldiers eventually recovered from the defeat, thanks to Tom's secret aid, and one day plan to return. At the same time, some of them feel "betrayed" by Tom, and support more assertiveness for the Magna Arabia Republic (After destruction of Saudis in Disputed Zone's warfare, Ikhwan soldiers broke loose, and, similarly to Baathists, organized a resistance against three superstates, sometimes allying with various factions, but most often being in conflict with them).''

''Switzerland is usually referred to as the ''black spot of the Europe'', due of the fact, that little is known about that, what is actually going in SC's Switzerland, and it is kind of similar to North Korea in a way - although it is a specifically ''autonomy'' part of the Central European Administrative Region (And by extension, a part of SC as well), in practice, its leadership is very independent, and Berlin has little say in the Swiss politics. Even the soldiers from other European Federation's regions, and those, who participated in the Scramble for the World, didn't got much to see from Switzerland, as the Swiss sent their emissary, as if they had anticipated SC's arrival, and signed the treaty of Swiss joining the SC in Varese (Italian Social Republic's territory), meaning, that SC's Switzerland's leadership didn't want to reveal much about its internal situation to Tom. When it comes to trade and travel, Switzerland trades little with the rest of SC's world - even for the European Federation, which is one of its ''biggest'' trade partners, Swiss usually trade only for the materials and goods, which they can't produce on their own, and trade always happens outside of Switzerland's borders, so those traders usually are one of the few Swiss people, which venture outside of the mountainous hermit state (It is assumed, that Swiss State's economy for the most part is a closed command economy). Although their soldiers are sometimes deployed in Federation's exercises (As per one of the parts of the treaty), Swiss division commanders don't allow their soldiers to tell much about their home country to other SC's soldiers, and can severely punish them for that. The same dead silence about the internal politics of Switzerland also is for the Swiss representatives - although they participate in European Federation's meetings in HQ in London, they usually try to stay low, and not talk much, so Switzerland is still pretty much a mysterious land for many SC's politicians, which also paves way for some crazy conspiracy theories, like rumors, that SC's Swiss military ''is developing a new airborne toxin for artillery'', and others.''
''The few bits of information often come from either the info, which SC's Swiss government has said officially (Which should be taken by a grain of salt), stories of the traders, which have crossed the borders, aerial photos from SC's America's satellites, and stories of the border guards from the regions around Switzerland. Some border guards tell stories of ''soldiers shelling those, who came too deep into the Swiss territory without a travel permit with bazookas, and even howitzers'', and ''deep bunkers, along with wide underground systems found on the mountainous borders'' (One of SC's German mountaineers recently was shot by Swiss State's border guards for moving ''too close'' to the border in alps). Some of the Swiss French which have fled across the borders have said, that ''The government is trying to enforce Romansh Language as the only language, and gradually assimilate the other languages by terror'', despite speakers of Romansh still being the fewest from all Swiss languages. It is also said, that unlike in many other SC's regions, gun laws are looser in SC's Switzerland, and a lot of the citizens have at least one gun, and that even bazooka training is nothing uncommon in its schools. The bunkers are also said to be ''large enough to house most of the population in them in a case of either nuclear war, or foreign invasion'', and even ''underground labs, in which scientists test various secret devices, and minerals''. However, due of overall secrecy, and unfriendly nature of the guards, it is hard, if not impossible to know the full picture of situation in SC's Swiss State, and the SC's average citizen will see only a few parts of the territory past the border posts at most. Although some of SC's other leaders have said to visited Bern - the capital of Swiss State, they have refused to tell anything about their experiences there.''
''When it comes to the past of Switzerland before the Scramble for the World, there is even less info, as few people know even bits of information about history of Switzerland. During the period of war between Three Superstates, Switzerland was a part of the Russian Empire, and it likely had at least a few nuclear weapon research stations, but nothing is known for sure, as SC's Swiss military and government doesn't want to reveal such specifics. One of the elderly Italian veterans which served in Empire's army before its collapse, said that ''Some of the Swiss cantons broke free after the collapse, but eventually were forcefully centralized by the new unitary government emerging out of ashes of the former regional administration'', but didn't specify the cantons he was talking about. It is also likely, that the former administration under the Empire (And current ruler of the Swiss State under SC) has roots all the way to 1930s, when many of the movements, which would later play a big role in SC's history, were created. Some of the current French commanders of European Federation's armies have told stories about ''fighting off raiders from Switzerland with advanced weaponry'', which means, that at least some parts of the Switzerland were under raider control at some unspecified point before the Scramble for the World. However, it is unknown, if there are still any raiders left, because none of SC's Switzerland's neighbors have reported raider attacks near their borders - perhaps the Swiss State's government has eradicated them completely, or forced them into hiding. That said, many have theorized, that raiders currently control a significant portion of Swiss lands, and that ''the reason for hostility from the Swiss soldiers is actually because they want to prevent raider attacks to neighboring regions''. Either way, SC's Switzerland's government is probably just as authoritarian as many SC's regions.''

''The history of Mongolia's Party's branch traces back to the 1930s, when Mongolian intelligentsia advocated for Greater Mongolia - a pan-mongol monarchy, which would be ruled by one of the Borjigin - a member of the sub-clan. Such state would span over both Inner and Outer Mongolias, Tuva, Mongol minority regions in Western China, and lands around the Baikal in the north. Due of Outer Mongolia being occupied by Russian Empire in mid 20s, most of the pan-Mongolian nationalists concentrated in Mengjiang, which, ironically enough, was a puppet state of Empire of Japan. After the loss of Chinese forces in Second Sino-Japanese War, Kingdom of Mengjiang controlled a small part of Inner Mongolia, but although it requested to hand over the rest of Inner Mongolia to it, the request was denied, and it was soon absorbed as an autonomous region under RNGOC, which back then was still a puppet of Japan, not the third superpower of SC's world. However, when RNGOC revolted with the support from Russian Empire, thus sparking Third Sino-Japanese war, Mengjiang broke off from Greater Co-Prosperity Sphere almost instantly, as its pan-Mongol leadership thought, that ''it would be a great time to secure their independence'', and it also feared receiving an imminent strength of the attack from the Empire through Outer Mongolia, as it directly bordered it, yet its military wasn't powerful enough to fight it off. However, after the defeat of Empire of Japan,RNGOC under the leadership of Protector of Asia attacked Mengjiang, and defeated it with ease, similarly to various Chinese warlords. However, a lot of the soldiers, and political zealots didn't surrender, and continued to resist in form of asymmetrical warfare instead, which was harder to suppress. Although the base of operations was Inner Mongolia at first, eventually the main partisan centers shifted towards Outer Mongolia, as due of the fact, that it was often a battleground for two sides, in period of truce it remained a pretty safe spot for rebels to resupply, in comparison to Inner Mongolia, which was further from the main front, and RNGOC's special units were always in hunt for partisans. However, in late years, pan-Mongol partisans started to appear even in territories like Tannu Tuva, which meant, that they had expanded their area of operations vastly.''
''After the two superstate collapse, pan-Mongolian nationalists were finally free to operate openly, as special units by both superstates weren't constantly on their backs anymore. Albeit the rebels had fought powers, which both were fascist, they themselves had become very fascistic during the years, as jingoism grew within the movement. Eventually, most of them settled down in Ulaanbaatar, and its surrounding territories, and proclaimed the Khanate of Mongolia, led by a military commander, who had a prestigious clan name, yet he had taken it without historical justification, as importance of the clan names dwindled during the warfare, as it put many of the traditions under a sword. Ulaanbaatar had been devastated during the wars between superstates, so the pan-mongolian nationalists invested in repairs of the city, partly due to improve public opinion as well. Khanate was described as ''the first step to a pan-Mongolian empire, which would stretch over Mongol inhabited lands''. One of the first discussed issues was the matter of what script to use, as there were three proposed variants - traditional Mongol script, Mongol Cyrillic, and Mongol with Chinese characters. In the end, Mongol Cyrillic was picked in debate between the councils, as it was hard to use traditional Mongol script for modern style writing, and IT (For example, traditional Mongol script is written from top to bottom, and is known for breaking internet pages, where it is used, due of its structure), but influence from Russian Empire was stronger in Mongolia than Chinese one - for example, albeit armies from both sides went over Mongolian land multiple times, Russian GAZ trucks were more commonly found in Outer Mongolia (Where the Khanate was located) than Chinese trucks. However, in Inner Mongolia, people still were using the traditional Mongol script, so it was one of the problems, which SC's bureaucrats faced after the end of Scramble for the World. So, in the end, SC's Mongolia was given only a small portion of Inner Mongolia. Story of how Pan-Mongolian nationalists were incorporated in SC's machinery is similar to many of other states, which emerged out of the former two superstates, and disputed zone - SC sent emissaries to deal with the local groups, and absorbed them in the apparatus. However, the Khan (Which was also a religious leader, and leader of the ruling party) had to chance his main title to President, and establish SC's model of bureaucracy. That said, the Mongol Party is still split on the issue - some have accepted their republican trappings, while some still advocate for a Mongol monarchy.''
''The capital of SC's Mongolia is Ulabataar, but a lot of the people still keep living in nomadic lifestyles in the countryside, albeit some have embraced modernization faster than others. Despite SC's Mongolia being a part of the Chinese Commonwealth, the President-Governor (Khan) of Mongolia keeps insisting, ''that this allegiance is only a formal, and pragmatic matter'', and ''that if we would ever need to survive on our own again, we would need neither China, Russia, Tom, or anyone else''. The Party's members still aim for a pan-Mongol state sometime in undefined future, although some of them are controlled by various Chinese warlord cliques in the south, which are a part of Chinese Commonwealth as well, but the northern territories - by Siberian robots from their frozen, high-tech cities in the north. That said, despite the claims of ''mostly autarky'' on economical report, in order to keep up with the high-tech standard of the west, SC's Mongolia has needed to import not only various valuable materials, but skilled workforce, in order to build the necessary structures. Due of the small population, and big territory to control, Mongolian army has bought a few robots from Siberia to aid the police, and armed forces. So, in some ways, SC's Mongolia isn't really autarchic. Its resources usually get exported to the other Chinese Commonwealth's as well, and some of Party's members say, that ''Mongol identity is under threat, and that only in a completely Independent Mongolia it will flourish''. Also, while Tom claims, that ''SC's America has no borders, and it expands whenever it goes'', almost all of SC's regions, including SC's Mongolia, feel significantly different than the core territories of SC's America, and many also don't consider themselves as ''states'' of SC not only for cultural, but development reasons - in terms of development, contrasts are big, and striking. Many of SC's state company branches want to get access to Mongolia's copper resources, and some of the more radical nationalists oppose it due of the fact, that the extensive copper mining also conflicts with the traditional nomadic lifestyle.''

''After Scramble of the World ended, many of Asian Americans were forcefully sent back to Asia by Tom's cronies, officially in order to help in ''reconstruction effort'' of Asia, as most of it had became chaotic after two other superstate collapse. However, another reason was Tom's desire for ''regional homogeneity'', and the cultivated hatred against minorities in general. Similar campaigns were made with Hispanics, and African-Americans living in SC's America - some were sent to Central America, where they were usually assigned in farm, and factory work, often in worse conditions, but for forcefully expelled African-Americans, Tom planned to send them to Liberia, and various places of Western Africa, where they would assist the local governments in rebuilding the former disputed zone. Of course, many weren't happy with Tom's, and other governor actions, so there were massive riots in multiple major SC's cities - not only in SC's America, but in SC's Canada as well. Although not affected as much by this decision, various Native Americans felt solidarity with minority groups, and assisted them as well, and even some of the whites (Including police officers), who saw SC's government actions as ''too extreme'', joined up with the rioters. However, eventually most of the riots were brutally suppressed by cavalry divisions sent in by Tom, and other President-Governors. That said, situation on the other side of the ocean is no better, if not worse - American, and Canadian Asians being viewed with suspicion by locals is nothing unusual in SC's Asia, and despite Tom's phrases of ''harmonic reunifiication with their ancestral homeland'', many of the Asian-Americans often experience discrimination. African-Americans face similar situation, as tensions between the locals, and them have been increasing as well, with lots of the current governors being former rebel/movement leaders, thus still viewing some of SC's citizens with disdain. The underground democratic opposition has described those actions as ''one of the most tragic moves of the mid 21st century.'' (Context: During the 50s, many of the ethnic minorities in SC's North America, including Native Americans, were repressed by The Party, and even sent to gulags in northern Canada. The idea of sending them back to their ''genetic homelands'' was a popular idea between various racist circles within The Party during early 1990s already, but Tom was able to do that only recently, as back then, most of the Eurasia was still run by the two other superstates, which were staunchly against the proposal, although Tom hoped to pull off something similar to the war prisoner exchange campaigns.).''
