i mean seriously its all you guys are posting now
I noticed that whilst lurking about 20 pages ago
To break the monotony, my first contrib to the thread (and first bit of proper art for my nation), nice, friendly, pacifist Faeries
Left to right, Young (25-75 years old), Prime (100-500), Old (750-1250) and Ancient (1500 years+). When Faeries are born, they're almost pure white, save for their eyes (not depicted on 64x64px images), the featureless orbs forever shining in a brilliant hue according to their type. As they age, they gradually darken, til they are all black (again, save for their eyes).
Top to bottom, Water, Air, Spirit, Earth, and Fire Faeries. My WA Emissary, Epiſkœ, would be somewhere between the Old and Ancient Spirit Faerie, hence my oft-given description of her being bronze-coloured as opposed to the 'gold' I've given for other Spirit Faeries.
Source is a pin (I believe) depicting a faerie from Disney's Fantasia. And no silly MS Paint (Vista edition or otherwise) used here; all painstakingly done in the GIMP, mostly at glorious 1600% zoom (800% is for sissies ;-)

So I just did a size comparison between the TAC-504 (above) and the THR-432 (below). I've said before that the TAC was designed for a power armour suit that would be to regular marine armour what regular armour is to a unarmoured soldier. If the THR is a big gun meant for big soldiers, then the TAC is meant to look like something Zeus himself would have wielded if his lightning bolts had been used to power railguns. Ergo, the TAC-504 should make the THR-432 look like a tiny, girly little water pistol.
Mission. Fucking. Accomplished!
