I've been thinking about making each fourth of my Army slightly different. Mostly about what changes could be done to their loadout and what real world equipment could be an example. I need more info on how this would be done.

For example there would be four "Army Groups"

The 1st "Saxum" Group

Wearing thicker and bulkier armor
Having more experience in combat

The 2nd "Seeker" Group

Spends more time training
Has greater access to biological aids

The 3rd "

Smarter soldiers on average
Greater use of brand new tech

Not really. There are better guns for pure HE throwing (aka the 76.2 x 230R used in the Scorpion light tank), and the 76.2mm OTO-Melara naval cartridge with a South African APFSDS would provide better armour penetration.

I don't know the dimensions of a normal 76mm round so I can't design one just yet.

All I can find, after a quick search, is a unverifiable diagram of a 76.2mm USh-354T shrapnel round. No dimensions given, but you could roughly extrapolate, given the known variable (76.2mm).

I'm not sure if it matters, but with that kind of dimension, that sounds like a Russian/Soviet round (clicking your link confirms that, so obviously, you know this too). Unsure if that makes a difference, since i'll bet he's using US style shells

Doesn't right since the M829A3 is only 890mm long. The 8,8 L/70 round used by the Tiger II was only 822mm long.

So I just create the History for my nation,and I am pretty much interested in the time of the later Frankish Kingdom
and it´s successors.My nation has adopted a typical feudal hierarchy.My question is:

Is it nescessary to split up the City Militia into two groups,militias on duty (every man has to serve
atleast one year in the militia) and full time militia,which not only guards cities,but also takes on
police duties.Drafted militia would play the part as police,too.

Would it be just enough to live off drafted militia ? As I think you need man with experience
and knowledge.Most cities also host a small standing army,consisting of professional soldiers.
But they are not very numerous.Even less than those are the Bellator,the early form of Knights
who are the household and professionally trained warriors (some of them of the lesser nobility,also
every man of the aristocracy has to be part of the Bellator Unit until he gains an administrive position.)

Is this whole system logical ?´ Perwita was able to afford a standing,professional army because of flourishing
trade.And the Bellator were the Proto-Knights of the realm,so they were essential,too.But what about the
militia ?´ Would it make even sense to pay a commoner who trains in the Militia 3/4 more than the drafted
one because he stays with the regiment for more time ?´

I'm not sure where the shell ends and the cartridge begins on the diagram (perhaps you can help here?) If the 76.2mm shell is only the grey ares than it's 40 pixles, giving the diagram a length of 902mm. If it's the brass-colored area labeled "76H" than it's 50 pixles, giving the cartridge a 722mm length. So... Not sure which way to go on this one. I'll let someone else decide.

Unfortunately not, at least not of the type used by them M41. There are a few 75s here, which you'll need to scale off, and there are a few pictures of the Italian round here (again, scaling will be required).

That's some serious velocity. What are you thinking? Lollong gun (90 calibres, maybe?), high pressures and a relatively massive KEP?

Looks like 722mm would be the length for the shell I posted earlier, giving a cartridge diameter of 82mm, and a cartridge length of 399mm. I hope that's helpful.
