No Ruridovan Prime Minister has owned a gun during his or her term since the 1940s. The most recent to own a gun at any time during his or her life was Nicolas la Vellas(term 1981 to 1990), who was left a pistol once belonging to Legionican chairman Lucius Aurelius Cordus in the latter's will after the latter's death in 2001.

Being a war veteran he has fought with rifles but they are kinda illegal. The Punt Gun he gets to have as it is not illegal and counts as an ornament and the luger is normally illegal but being president it is legal for presidential protection.

See that round in the middle? That's a 10mm,the one to the right is a .40 S&W and the one on the left is a .357,so what were you saying about it being a puny round? Also,its not like he'll ever use it,he has a squad of highly-elite Veteran Rangers assigned to him who are able to kill 99.99% of anything that might come at the president.

Agreed, the 10mm may not be the GREATEST weapon in the world to carry (it is known for overpenetration) but its by far not the weakest. Its essentially a .40 S&W on steroids, much the same way the .357 magnum is to the .38 special.

A rifle? No, though Kurisu Senkaku did own and operate an M4 Carbine during his years as a Rapid Reaction Force member before becoming a Councilor. Now he's protected by a plethora of elite guards and soldiers, though should push come to shove he is well versed in the operation and use of all manner of small arms and bladed weaponry, if just a bit rusty due to a lack of practice on his own part.
