We have grown quite familiar with dealing with dinosaurs thanks to our interactions with Saurisia and the Dinolands, and of course we ourselves are a Reptilian nation. We are more than happy to teach your people about us and our culture. Part of the reason that Tyroth chose to establish these embassies is for the outside world to learn about us, and for us to learn about countries like your own.

On a safety-related note, be careful when using pepper spray on a Draconid. While we pride ourselves on casting aside the image of being a brutish, destructive race, we are still a large, very strong dragonlike people and having irritant in our eyes may cause our people to fly into a rage if you are not careful. We do have protective measures to make sure we do not hurt people accidentally, but the best way to prevent this is to try reasoning.

First off, it is good to see a fellow monarch take a personal interest in embassy applications. I never understood why many leave this to others... but I digress.

The Besatian Embassy shall be built in the Culture District - do not worry, there is more than enough room - and due to our interactions with such countries as Ceffyltir, Dashiopolis, and Legokiller, Ambassador Vyulant should feel right at home. Our interactions with ponies have made us familiar with Unicorns and their magic - we are planning to have a Unicorn immigrant who has sworn service to King Tyroth to be the head of Pony Affairs - and using your magic will not be a problem; many Draconids use magic for everyday purposes as well. A note to all nations:

We in Dyste are planning our first election shortly, in our efforts to turn our Absolute Monarchy into a Semi-Consitutional Monarchy. We have already chosen our Ministry, of which our Prime Minister will be chosen.

As such, I am hereby stepping down as interim Minister of Foreign Affairs; this position will be held by Zihark Jemson, Sage of Truth from now on. When our election is finished, I will also step down from the role of interim Head of Government.

- You had mentioned a concern regarding slavery. Slavery is an entirely accepted practice in New Chelel, and so we are proposing relations between our people be handled through the Kyorl clan, which does not keep slaves.
- Our people's bodies naturally produce mana emissions, which enables them to use what humans would refer to as "elemental magic" or "earthbending", "waterbending" and so forth. The ambassador, for example, is an accomplished empathic seer, healer, and firebender.

It is good to see that a fellow Queen takes such an interest in foreign affairs. Frankly, I do not see why more royals do not partake in embassy applications. But, I digress...

On behalf of my husband, I am pleased to inform the The Incorporated States of The Sanian Confederacy that their application has been accepted.

The Sanian Embassy shall be built in the Knowledge District, and should be ready by the time Ambassador Sialloni arrives in Dyste.

I have taken a keen interest in the Sanian Humans, as like us, you appear to have magical abilities. I myself was a travelling mage in my youth, and I feel that we will have much to talk about. As for Yelena, the Royal Magic Academy would be only too glad to teach her how to use magic; my son-in-law, Axi-aru Angelus, is one of the teachers there. Staying healthy is also a good goal, and it is understandable that you do not want to try and overdo it; even with Draconids being naturally super strong and magically adept, very few possess both great martial and magical skill. Ironically, my husband is one of the few that does, despite being a lazy glutton most of the time... ah, but once again, I digress...

Also, thank you for mentioning Silverline; this seems like a place I would like to visit in the future.

I hope this embassy will further improve the friendship between our two countries.

On behalf of my husband, I am pleased to inform the The Matriarchy of New Chelel that their application has been accepted.

The Chel Embassy shall be built in the Culture District, and should be ready by the time Ambassador Val'Kyorl'solenurn arrives in Dyste. When you arrive, we can discuss the modification request by your personnel. As far as transportation goes, the Draconids of Dyste typically fly or use teleportation, though we can discuss alternate means.

I admit that this is the first time I have heard of the Drowussu, and I am intrigued. I was taken aback when I heard of the Ambassador's age; I am used to Draconids being older than most of the races we have dealt with, but Ambassador Val'Kyorl'solenurn is actually older than I am, and apparently that is not even considered old by your standards! Then again, Draconids may have a long lifespan, but the majority are still comparatively young due to the fact that our population has only expanded in the last few centuries. But, I digress...

The weapons and magical abilities are fine by us, as Draconids themselves use the same type of weaponry and our magical abilities are not unlike yours; we too use 'elemental magic', and I am a Sage, meaning I can use every elemental type. As far as slavery goes, while I do not condone it, the concern was mainly for your embassy, as some of our people would not take kindly to the notion.

I would like to learn the languages of your people; in turn, we can help the Ambassador become fluent in English, as it would help when dealing with our people. Ambassador Val'Kyorl'solenurn is encouraged to learn all that she can about our people, and we hope to do the same for you.

It has truly been an honor to correspond with you, for it would seem we feel much the same way about your people as you do about ours. Yakuise filled out that section herself with help from a professional linguist we hired from the Sarghress, and is unusual amung our people that she actually bothers to remember her age! I hope to visit your nation one day personally.

If you'd like to learn more about our people, there is a guide here, though I wouldn't entirely trust the narrator. It was written back in the dark days between the wars, when I was still a small child of 18.

On behalf of my husband, I am pleased to inform The Grand Antarctican Empire that their application has been accepted.

For the sake of your Embassy... the southernmost city suitable for embassy needs is Undellah, the City of Rest, a beach resort for Dystans on vacation. There are not as many services there as in Valitora (each District consists of a third of the city and would be equally valid as far as proximity goes), but it is a very relaxing place to be, even by our standards. Ambassador Kalees may choose which place she prefers when she gets here.

For the sake of the electrician and the CO2 issues, we shall have a Mage employed to the embassy to deal with that. We are okay with your military-based empire so long as we are not caught in the middle of some war, and it is perfectly fine for you to hang banners representing your nations.

I hope that this is the start of a long and meaningful friendship and understanding between our two nations.

The Mackonian Embassy will be built in the Knowledge District; when Ambassador Salpha'ziz arrives in Dyste, we can determine the proper accommodations for the Mack and cats.

We are interested to see the difference between our two people, as we both appear to be part of the greater dragon family, but on opposite spectrums of it. We will take note of your cultural differences, and can assure you that Draconids are not aggressive or malicious in nature, and seeing one actively seeking to commit a crime is very rare.
