Leaders without titles

You all know those: the ones who are instantly recognizeable even without requiring an attached title, generally due to being infamous for some reason, like (Chancellor) Hitler or (General Secretary of the Communist Party) Stalin or (President) Obama.

How many of these leaders are there in NS? Ones whose names are recognizable, OOCly, by players (not just ICly within people's nations), without needing titles to qualify them? I'm sure there are at least a few, although I can't think of any at the moment.

The President of O5vx is pretty well-known in Fatatatutti.

We really don't have any 'leaders' in Fatatatutti because we don't have any followers. One of the biggest names in Fatatatutti is Marie-Louise Castro-Stalina. Her name-tag goes all the way around the back.

But the the best-known character in Fatatatutti, beloved by all, would have to be Alphonse.

I only have titles without leaders, after all "An" means without and "Archos" mean leader/ruler.

That is, except for Anonymous and r00tkitties. Anyone with knowledge of the Internets Lore would know what these two figures would "lead" inside Third Spanish States
