Short Biography (Optional): Lord Brenberg (56 y.o.) hails from a long line of senior civil servants and diplomats. The great-great of then Prime Minister Clarkson, his lordship attended the School of Government and Diplomacy at the University of Hull where he received the Lord Davis Award for community services and out reach. Upon graduation, his lordship joined the ministry of foreign affairs as a jr. level administrative assistant to the Assistant Deputy for the Trade Commission. Lord Brentberg worked at the ministry for 23 years where we gradually gained more senior position. In 2004, his lordship left the ministry for the Ministry of Justice where he served as the Deputy Minister of Justice. I, on behalf of HM the Queen, the Royal Chambers and the People, have the highest honour to inform you that Mr Germanus Jean-Pierre Libré will be relieved of his duties effective 21:00 6 July 2014. Mr Libré has faithfully and diligently served as HM High Commissioner to Rome for the last two years, bringing the Roman Kingdom and the Ceronic Kingdom closer than ever in terms of political values, cultural understanding, economic ties and beyond. First of all, allow me to thank you on behalf of His Majesty's Government for taking the necessary steps to formally establish a diplomatic mission within the Kingdom of Rome. I take great pleasure in informing you that your request to establish a diplomatic mission within the Roman Kingdom has been cordially accepted. Your government's chancery will be located at 30 Amalfi Square.

His Majesty's Government is honored to host the Right Honorable Lord Jeffery Brentberg as Her Imperial's Majesty's Ambassador to the Roman Kingdom. Ambassador Wood-Hardleton must present his credentials to His Majesty The King within seventy-two (72) hours of his arrival in Rome. As requested, a diplomatic residence will be provided to Ambassador Hardelton and his family. Unfortunately, all of the residences and chanceries at Caserta Palace Gardens are at the strict invitation of His Majesty's Government. However, I have been instructed to make 32 Lazarino Palace Gardens available for use as Ambassador Hardelton's diplomatic residence. We hope that this fine estate will prove to be an adequate "venue to enhance greater understanding between the people of Albion-Normandy and the Roman Kingdom."

Additionally, all of your security equipment and vehicles have also been approved for use; of course, they will have to undergo a regular inspection process conducted by the Royal Customs Agency upon arriving on Roman soil. We will also provide any members of your diplomatic mission who will utilizing motor vehicles with diplomatic plates and license cards.

Furthermore, an opening ceremony will take place at the chancery a few days after Ambassador Hardelton presents his letter of credence to HM The King. I will personally be in attendance in my capacity as a representative His Majesty's Government. Additionally, HRH The Duchess of Campania will be attending the ceremony as a representative of the Roman Royal Family. After the official speeches and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a specially-prepared gourmet garden party will take place at the Ambassador's Lazarino Palace Gardens estate. Besides the Ambassador and his family, embassy staff and employees are also welcome to join in the festivities.

His Majesty's Government will promptly reciprocate a diplomatic mission in the hope that our bond of diplomatic friendship will continue to grow and prosper in the coming years. I take great pleasure in informing you that your request to establish a diplomatic mission within the Roman Kingdom has been cordially accepted. The Ryflkian Government's chancery will be located at 30 Amalfi Square.

His Majesty's Government is honored to host Dr. Eivind Arnstad as the Ryfylkian government's representative to the Roman Kingdom, particularly since he is one of Ryfylke's most valued diplomats. Ambassador Arnstad must present his credentials to His Majesty The King within seventy-two (72) hours of his arrival in Rome. In regards to Kjell Arnstad's education, we highly recommend one of our finest private institutions: the Mazarin Institute. Focusing on a K-12 education, the Mazarin Institute has educated the sons and daughters of royalty, diplomats, government officials, and business titans alike; conveniently the school is located only several blocks away from the chancery. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will gladly provide additional recommendations if the Mazarin Institute is not to young Kjell's liking.

I am happy to report that the Royal Firearms Bureau has approved all of your security equipment for use on Roman soil, within the confines of your chancery and/or diplomatic residence. The Ministry of Transportation has approved all of your motor vehicles for use on Roman roads. Additionally, representative from the Ministry of Transport will shortly be in contact in order to provide members of your diplomatic mission with diplomatic plates and license cards. Of course, His Majesty's Government has also granted Ambassador Arnstad permission to import a stock of his favorite Ryfykian aquavit; in fact, I am personally waiving the import limit so that Ambassador Arnstad may fully indulge his favorite alcoholic beverage.

As requested, an opening ceremony will take place at the chancery a few days after Ambassador Arnstad presents his letter of credence to HM The King.
