I. Diplomatic Information

A. Purpose of Diplomatic Missions Initiative

The purpose of the Diplomatic Missions Initiative is to allow foreign nations to establish embassies and consulates within the Kingdom of Rome, in order to foster better bilateral diplomatic relations between the said parties. Locations of embassies and consulates shall be determined by His Majesty's Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to the said diplomatic misson's need. Below is a list of locations in which embassies and consulates can be located. Each nation is limited maintaining one (1) embassy, and up to three (3) consulates within the Kingdom of Rome. All embassies must be located in Rome, the capital city of the Roman Kingdom. You can find information about embassy and consulate locations in this post. You can pick a spot in which to place your embassy and/or consulate on that same post.

In accordance with the resolutions passed by the World Assembly, His Majesty's Government abides by the rules set forth by General Assembly Resolution #22. Otherwise known as the Diplomat Protection Act, this resolution protects members of diplomatic missions "from physical harm, execution, sexual assault, enslavement, or use for medical experiments not necessary for medical treatment of the diplomat by the nation in which they are serving." GA Resolution #22 also stipulates that it "prohibits nations from sending diplomats with the express intent of committing crimes of espionage, sabotage, subversion, causing harm to the civilian population, and other related crimes committed outside of a diplomats duties."

However, under Roman Law, any member/employee of a diplomatic mission found to be undesirable for any reason whatsoever, will be labeled as a persona-non-grata, and immediately deported. His Majesty's Government views activities pertaining to espionage, sabotage, or subversive missions as an act of aggression,which will not go unpunished. On your embassy application, we strongly recommend that you list "Diplomats" only as employees that are engaged in diplomatic work. Identification cards and papers will be issued to all embassy personnel, however special Diplomatic ID Cards will be issued to diplomats only, in order to denote their levels of diplomatic immunity.

Embassy and consulate grounds are considered to be sovereign territory of the occupant nation, and thus cannot be searched by Roman authorities without proper clearance. Please note that embassies and consulates can be closed for any reason and without prior notice, but it is typical that diplomatic missions are given a 72-hour period in which to prepare for their departure.

C. Staff & Personnel

• Embassies may have a maximum of one hundred (100) attachés, assistants, and other diplomatic staff.
• Embassies may have a maximum of two hundred (200) support & service staff (including but not limited to; maintenance, janitorial, culinary, & technical, staff) .
• Embassies may have a maximum of twenty-five (25) security staff and armed personnel.
• Consulates may have a maximum of five (five) diplomatic staff, fifteen (15) support staff, and five (5) security staff, for a total of twenty-five (25) staff members.

Diplomatic staff represent and protect of the interests and nationals of your state, as well as the promote friendly and bilateral relations between our nations.

Service and support staff are defined as members of diplomatic missions that play supporting roles.

Security staff are responsible for the physical security (interior and exterior) of a chancery. In addition, security staff provide protection for visiting dignitaries, embassy staff, and in exigent circumstances, nationals of the host nation who seek asylum in their respective diplomatic mission. Another significant responsibility of the security staff is to protect classified information and equipment that may be stored inside an embassy.

Although not strictly prohibited, we kindly recommend that your nation refrains from using members of active military forces as your chancery's primary security force. Generally, only a few military staff are present at high-level embassies in order 1) to protect sensitive/classified materials or 2) to serve as a military attaché, acting as a liaison between the two nations' military forces. However, we suggest utilizing a diplomatic security service of sorts, civilian police force, or contracting a foreign or domestic private security company in order safeguard your chancery.

Of course, His Majesty's Government will gladly provide a wide range of security services to your diplomatic mission, if assistance is requested. All diplomatic security requests handled by the Royal Security Bureau's Diplomatic Protection Division. Established in 1878, the Diplomatic Protection Division of the Royal Security Bureau was formed to provide dual protection for foreign and domestic diplomatic missions in Rome and abroad. The DPD currently protects #Roman diplomatic missions abroad, and #foreign diplomatic missions within the Greater Rome area.

The RSB offers dignitary protection details, regular hourly patrols, static (meaning permanent) protection outside your chancery, threat assessments, and consulting services such as installing CCTV cameras, metal detectors, ground motion sensors, and an array of other security gadgets.

Letters of Credence

Soon after arriving in Rome, a foreign Ambassador has an audience with The King. Additionally, newly-appointed Ambassadors may also have a meeting with the Chancellor, but these are not considered "audiences."

In this formal ceremony, the newly-appointed foreign Ambassador or High Commissioner presents his or her Letters of Credence or Letters of High Commission to His Majesty. The Ambassador is collected from the Embassy or residence by a State landau from the Royal Mews, which are located behind Caserta Palace. The Ambassador is escorted by the Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, who is based at St. Sebastian's Palace. The Ambassador's suite follows in another State landau.

During the 30-minute audience, the Ambassador presents his or her Letters of Credence or Letters of Commission and his or her suite is presented to The King. Light refreshments and canapés will be served to all guess present at the reception. Afterwards, the Ambassador's party then returns to the Embassy or ambassadorial residence by carriage. The State landaus which are used in this ceremony can be seen in the Royal Mews behind Caserta Palace.

Today, there are insert# foreign diplomatic missions located in the Greater Rome Area. They are accredited to the Court of St Sebastian in Rome, because St Sebastian's Palace is still the senior palace and official residence of the Sovereign. In the Roman Kingdom, representatives from countries in the Roman Commonwealth and extremely close allies are known as high commissioners rather than ambassadors.

Weaponry

All diplomatic missions are permitted to bring along weaponry for self-defense and sporting purposes only. All weapons must be sent at least two weeks before arrival of any security personnel. Upon landing on Roman soil, all of the aforementioned weapons will be held at customs and collected, inspected, certified, and registered with the Royal Firearms Bureau. All weapons will be returned to the appropriate security personnel upon their arrival at their embassy. It is important to note that only security personnel may handle weapons registered to the diplomatic mission. The only weapons allowed to leave the premises of the diplomatic mission are handguns and non-lethal weaponry (or ceremonial weaponry) when the security detail is carrying out its official dignitary protection duties. If this rule is breached or violated in any way, the diplomatic mission in question may be immediately closed and all personnel may be promptly deported. Also, when not in use by security personnel, weaponry must be stored in secure weapons lockers on chancery compound - periodic inspections carried out by the RFB will take place to ensure the proper enforcement of this law. All weaponry not listed below will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.

Only one (1) assault rifle or submachine gun, and one (1) pistol are allowed per security guard. Any cartridges larger than .45 ACP (for handguns & revolvers) and 5.56x45 NATO (for rifles and SMG's) are strictly prohibited. Some (although very rare) exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. The discovery of any non-approved cartridges larger than the previously-mentioned calibers will result in the immediate confiscation of all weapons and ammunition. The diplomatic mission in question shall be immediately closed and all personnel of that embassy shall be promptly deported. Note that all firearms must be permanently locked into semi-automatic mode. Please take the time to carefully read the rules and regulations regarding weapons.

Permitted weaponry includes some assault rifles (semi-auto), submachine guns (semi-auto), semi-automatic pistols, revolvers, tasers, pepper-spray, batons, ceremonial swords, and other ceremonial weaponry.

Prohibited weaponry includes any and all nuclear or radioactive material, any fully-automatic weapons, machine guns, sniper rifles, anti-materiel rifles, knives, any explosive weaponry (including grenades), riot gear, and airsoft/BB guns.

Vehicles

All diplomatic missions are permitted to bring along vehicles for transportation & leisure use only. All vehicles must arrive within one month of your ambassador's arrival. Upon landing on Roman soil, all of the said vehicles will be inspected, certified, and jointly registered with HM Ministry of Foreign Affairs and HM Ministry of Transportation. It is important that all vehicles must be demilitarized and unarmed, although they can be armored. All vehicles will be returned to the appropriate personnel upon their arrival at their embassy. Any aircraft or watercraft will be appropriately stationed in respective diplomatic areas reserved for such purposes. Diplomatic drivers licenses and plates will be offered to all drivers & vehicles jointly registered with HM Ministry of Foreign Affairs and HM Ministry of Transportation. Thorough background checks will be completed on all embassy personnel with diplomatic drivers licenses, in order to ensure that they are capable of driving on Roman roads.

While there is no fixed limit to the number of land-based vehicles diplomatic missions are allowed to bring, each request is subjected to an embassy's needs. All diplomatic missions are entitled to bring up to one (1) fixed-wing aircraft, one (1) rotary-wing aircraft, one (1) watercraft, and one (1) helicopter. Consulates may only bring land vehicles, with the exception of consulates in Venice, which can bring up to four (4) watercraft. Any vehicles that are not listed below will be dealt with on a case-by-case-basis. Please take the time to carefully read the rules below.

Permitted vehicles include automobiles, aircraft, helicopters, small boats and yachts, motorcyles, bicycles, mopeds, roller skates, skateboards, & scooters.

Prohibited vehicles include any and all military-grade vehicles (including aircraft & watercraft), large trucks, rickshaws, wagons, spacecraft, land yachts, sedan chairs, submarines, submersibles, hovercrafts, & hydrofoils.

Alcohol & Narcotics

Foreign diplomatic missions may bring along certain quantities of alcohol. All drugs and narcotics are strictly prohitibited in the Roman Kingdom. If any member of a diplomatic mission is found with any drugs or narcotics, or if the said substances are found in a chancery, the embassy will be closed and all personnel will be deported. Alcohol on the other hand, is permitted, but must first pass through customs. Each diplomatic mission may bring up to twenty-five (25) litres of alcohol per month - the said alcohol may not be brought off the diplomatic mission's grounds, or be resold in any manner.

Diplomatic Bags

Foreign diplomatic missions have the right to use diplomatic bags (also known as diplomatic pouches), but with a few restrictions. Firstly, diplomatic bags are considered to have diplomatic immunity - meaning that they cannot be searched by anyone, for any reason. As the bags have diplomatic immunity, they must have their own diplomatic passport (for customs & legal reasons). Diplomatic bags must be escorted by official diplomatic couriers, who also have diplomatic immunity.

Diplomatic bags may only contain articles intended for official use, and thus they must be marked as such (with the seal of the nation's government) on the outside of the bag. Diplomatic bags take many shapes and sizes, as there is no fixed standard of what a diplomatic bag can be (It can be a shipping container, a small bag, a suitcase, or even a wooden barrel), but as previously stated, it must be clearly marked with proper government markings. All diplomatic bags are scanned for explosives and contraband (illegal weapons, drugs, etc), and if a bag triggers a response by an explosive detection system or a sniffer dog, then the said bag can be legally turned away, and denied entry into the Roman Kingdom.

Diplomatic License Plates

Diplomatic license plates are issued by the HM Ministry of Foreign Affairs to all accredited diplomats who wish to drive vehicles. Each nation is assigned a unique country code, typically not corresponding to international country codes or other standard formats. This is to prevent the general public from targeting diplomats from particular countries.

Plants & Animals

Plants may be imported only on a case-by-case basis. Any plants that are carnivorous or on the Ministry of Agriculture's contraband list, will be promptly sent back to the home nation. Please be very prudent when importing plants into Rome.

Animals that will be kept as pets may also be imported only on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you only bring household dogs, cats, fish, and birds. If you wish to import an animal that does not fit into one of those categories, please notify us at least 48 hours before your diplomatic mission and the said animal arrives on Roman soil. All animals must undergo a mandatory inspection upon arrival on Roman soil, and annual check-ups must be conducted on these animals. The results of these check-ups will be sent to the Ministry of Health in order to determine if the said animal does not pose any serious health or security risk to the general populace. All embassy pets must stay on the chancery premises, and may not be allowed to wander or stray off grounds. Dogs, of course, may be freely walked outside embassy grounds.

II. Embassy & Consulate Locations

Embassy Locations

Diplomatic missions in the Roman Kingdom are all located in the vicinity of Greater Rome (which comprises of the capital city and its environs). Chanceries are allotted to diplomatic missions on a first-come-first-serve basis. Ambassador's may also request a separate diplomatic residence (with diplomatic immunity on the grounds), if they do not wish to live on embassy premises.

Amalfi Square (Over 12 Locations Available)

Amalfi Square is one of the grandest and largest 19th century garden squares in Rome. It is the centerpiece of the exclusive Amalfi District in Rome, and was laid out by the property contractor Francesco Bernini (who also did the Vespanolan Steps) for the 2nd Count Barberini, later 1st Marquis of Cagliari, in the 1830s. The square takes its name from one of the Duke of Cagliari's subsidiary titles, Viscount Amalfi. The village of Amalfi is two miles (3 km) from the Barberini family's main country seat of Azure House.

Due to its central location in the city, Amalfi Square certainly hosts the highest proportion diplomatic missions out of any high-end neighborhood in Rome. Popular with close allies of Rome, Amalfi Square has been a melting pot of cultures ever since the first chancery was established by Herzoslovakia in 1839.

Since Amalfi Square is open to the public, there are no security gates or barriers, except those placed around the park areas by the Barberini Group. However, the entire street is patrolled 24/7 by the local Royal Security Service post due to the high concentration of diplomatic missions in the area. Additionally, the Barberini Group hires frequent security patrols sourced from Calvini Defense International, the largest Roman private security company.

Nations wishing to apply for chanceries and/or diplomatic residences in Amalfi Square may state their desire on their application form. His Majesty's Government act as an intermediary party and makes appropriate arrangements with the Barberini Group (which still owns the majority of the Square).

Caserta Palace Gardens (1 Location Available - Inquire by telegram)

Perhaps the most exlusive neighborhood in the entire nation, Caserta Palace Gardens, is located directly across the street from the southern wing of Caserta Palace, the main residence of the Roman Royal Family. Centrally located within a 2-square mile radius from Congress, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Chancellor's Residence, thus making it easy for diplomatic missions located on this street to conduct official business.

Owing to their unique and exclusive location, houses at Caserta Palace Gardens are ridiculously expensive, with the average price for a house at CPG being well over $35 million. The most expensive residence in the neighborhood, valued at $280 million NSD, is currently owned by Rudolf Van De Kaap, the Chairman of Van De Kaap Diamonds. Embassies at Caserta Palace Gardens are very posh and luxurious - many of the residences were built in the late 19th-early 20th centuries, with some recent contemporary additions. Ambassadorial residences may usually also be purchased (usually adjacent to the chancery) for the right price.

Due to the presence of likely terrorist targets, there is a high security presence at Caserta Palace Gardens. The entire neighborhood has steel gates and guardhouses at each end of the street, monitored 24/7 by the Royal Security Service. Also, Carandini Barracks, houses several regiments of the Household Division that serve at Caserta Palace, is located just several blocks away. Resident and guest identification badges must be presented upon arrival, in order to prevent any unwanted visitors (particularly the press) from intruding on the neighborhood.

Since CPG is an extremely desirable neighborhood, lots rarely come up for sale. Due to this fact, there is extensive waiting list for chanceries wishing to reside in CPG. Thus, nations may not apply for chanceries and residences at Caserta Palace Gardens. Instead, chanceries and residences at Caserta Palace Gardens are strictly allotted to close allies at the invitation of His Majesty's Government.

Catania House Terrace (8 Locations Available)

Catania House Terrace is a street in the St. Sebastian's district of Rome, and in particular to two terraces of white stucco-faced houses on the north side of the street overlooking St. Sebastian's Park. These terraces were built in 1836-41 to overall designs by Francesco Bernini with detailed input by other architects including Leonardo Vitelleschi. They took the place of Catania House, the ostentatious city palace of the Prince Augustus, Duke of Catania. Despite its distinct name, Catania House Terrace is actually the same building as the Promenade; it is simply the northern-facing side of the building.

At the west end (nearest to St Sebastian's Palace) of the Catania House Terrace is a cul-de-sac called Catania Gardens, which was developed at around the same time as the terrace itself. It once contained seven large standalone mansions. All of the houses except numbers 1 and 2 have been replaced by further extensions to the terrace. Number 1 is currently a private residence, and Number 2 is currently the official residence of the Foreign Minister.

The St Sebastian's neighborhood is best known for being the home to various gentlemen's clubs built in the 19th and early 20th centuries, private residences, as well as foreign diplomatic missions.

Lazarino Palace Gardens (8 Locations Available)

Lazarino Palace Gardens, contains twice as many plots as its more exclusive sister neighborhood, Caserta Palace Gardens. At LPG, your diplomats will still be hobnobbing with some of the most wealthy, famous, and powerful individuals in Rome. Lazarino Palace Gardens is located within a 2-square mile radius from Congress, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Chancellor's Residence, thus making it easy for diplomatic missions located on this street to conduct official business. A special bonus about this prime location is that it is located directly behind the gardens of Lazarino Palace, one of the many official residences of the Roman Royal Family.

The price of the average house at Lazarino Palace Gardens is $35 million NSD. The most expensive residence in the neighborhood, valued at $127 million NSD, is currently owned by Paolo Mancini, the Chairman of Energizia Incorporated. Embassies at Lazarino Palace Gardens are very posh and luxurious - many of the residences were built in the late 19th-early 20th centuries, with some recent contemporary additions. Ambassadorial residences may also be purchased (usually adjacent to the chancery) for the right price.

Security is not an issue at Lazarino Palace Gardens. The entire neighborhood has steel gates at each end of the street, and is monitored 24/7 by the Royal Security Service (RSS). Also, Carandini Barracks, houses several regiments of honor guards that serve at both Caserta Palace and Lazarino Palace, is located just several blocks away.

The Promenade (4 Locations Available)

The Promenade, the ceremonial approach route and main road leading to Caserta Palace, was designed by Sir Gustav Brioni and completed in 1909 as part of a grand memorial to King Valerian. It extends from Admiralty Arch, up around the Valerian Memorial, bounded by the Vespanolan Gate, Herzoslovakian Gate and Montegiardinian Gate, to the palace forecourt. This route is used by the cavalcades and motorcades of visiting heads of state, and by the Royal Family on state occasions such as the annual State Opening of Congress as well as Trooping the Color each year. Despite its distinct name, the Promenade is actually the same building as Catania House Terrace; it is simply the southern-facing side of the building, directly opposite of St Sebastian's Park.

Besides the high-level embassies located on this street, there are quite a few particular buildings of interest. Firstly, is St Sebastian's Palace, the official residence of the sovereign; interestingly enough, no Roman sovereign has resided at St Sebastian's for almost two centuries. Also, Carlentini House, the official residence of the Prince of Naples, is a modern Regency Era house built as an annex connected to St Sebastian's Palace. Finally, Lombardy House, the official government guesthouse, is a detached Regency Era mansion next to Carlentini House.

Security is not an issue at Lazarino Palace Gardens. While there are no steel gates around the street since it is a major transportation artery in Rome, there are decorative barricades placed in front of the entire Promenade buildings. The Promenade is also monitored 24/7 armed patrols of the Royal Security Service (RSS). Also, Carandini Barracks, houses several regiments of honor guards that serve at both Caserta Palace and Lazarino Palace, is located just several blocks away.

The Vespañolan Steps is staircase in Rome, climbing a steep slope between the Piazza di Vespañola at the base and Piazza Trinità Sagrada, dominated by the Trinità Sagrada Church at the top. Via del Corso commonly known as the Corso, is one of the main streets in the historical center of Rome. It is remarkable for being absolutely straight in an area characterized by narrow meandering alleys and small piazzas. Built in gigantic proportions, Via del Corso has space for four lanes of traffic and two wide sidewalks. The northern portion of the street is a pedestrian area. The length of the street is roughly two miles. Via del Corso is renown for being a famous commercial shopping district, with many high-end retailers calling the Corso home. The street also houses the Rome Stock Exchange, and many headquarters for international companies, making it one of the several financial powerhouse districts in the nation. This district boasts a great reputation for hosting diplomatic missions who want to increase economic relations with the Roman Kingdom.

Since Via del Corso is also a commercial district, it is open to the public. This means that there are no security gates, but the entire street is patrolled 24/7 by the Royal Security Service due to the high concentration of diplomatic missions in the area.

The

Braschi Palace (Embassy of The United States of Noordeinde)

Braschi Palace was built in 1710 as a country house in the outskirts of Rome for Leonardo Antonelli, 1st Count of Braschi. Since the Count never made much use Braschi Palace, instead preferring a townhouse near the center of Rome, he sold the Palace to His Royal Highness Prince Francesco, Duke of Lombardy for £135,000 Roman Liras. Unlike the Palace's previous owner, Prince Francesco made good use of the Palace, throwing many elegant and lavish balls for Roman high society. As the Palace was passed down from generation to generation, it became used less and less. Until recently, many minor members of the Roman Royal Family maintained apartments at Braschi Palace - in 2010, only three minor royals lived in the Palace part-time. Since the Palace was being used less and less, the Royal Family decided to make it available for use by the State (while still maintaining ownership of it). Thus, in 2012, His Majesty Raphael II suggested to Chancellor Giannini that Braschi Palace be used to house the diplomatic mission of a close ally. After reviewing this decision with the Cabinet, the suggestion was made into a reality, and Braschi Palace was placed at the disposal of the diplomatic mission from Noordeinde.

Sitting on 25 acres of prime real estate on the outskirts of Rome, Braschi Palace is over 12,000 square feet in size, and has many wonderful amenities. The Palace is completely gated, and is protected 24/7 the Royal Security Service. Also known as the RSS, the Royal Security Service protects members of the Roman Royal Family, government officials, VIPs, embassies, consular sections, and diplomatic residences throughout the Roman Kingdom. The RSS also provides close-protection to members of the diplomatic community both abroad and at home. Since the Government of Noordeinde has requested additional security, a detachment of 25 members of the RSS Agents will be protecting the grounds of Braschi Palace - their hub of operations will be on grounds in a detached house located a few hundred yards from the main Palace.

Short Biography (Optional): HRH the Crown Prince was born on 28 July, 1984 in Pysskl, to HRH Crown Prince Andrew and HRH Crown Princess Suzanna, Duke and Duchess of Umaii. He is 10th in line to the throne of Elyomia, and second in line to the throne of the Hagan Republic. As a child, he was educated at Saint Donatella College, Pysskl, until the age of 18, where he was enlisted in the Royal Haganian army for compulsory 2 year service. He is Captain of the 5th Royal Naval Fleet, as well as Commander of the 7th Land Regiment ‘Grenadier Guards’. His service in the armed forces took him to faraway places, one of which was Elyomia – where he married Princess Arianna in 2004, and also Japan. He grew an interest in Japan, studying there for two years under the alias of ‘Ben Smith’. Under the same alias, he worked at His Royal Majesty’s Elyomian Embassy in Tokyo, as well as other posts in Beijing, Oslo and Ulan Bator in Mongolia as either a military attaché or aide-de-camp to ambassadors. Returning to Elyomia in 2007, he was given the countship of Toukli, as well as receiving the Stranger Knight of the Order of Elyomia. RE: Establishing An Elyomian Diplomatic Mission in the Kingdom

Greetings Prime Minister Fahabya:

First of all, allow me to thank you on behalf of His Royal Majesty's Government for taking the steps necessary to formally establish a diplomatic mission within the Kingdom of San Pellegrino Romana. I take great pleasure in informing you that your request to establish a diplomatic mission within the Kingdom has been cordially ACCEPTED. I also have the pleasure to inform you that all of your special requests have also been accepted. His Royal Majesty's Government is thrilled to be hosting Their Royal Highnesses the Count & Countess of Toukli, as well as their son, the Viceroy of Toukli. We cannot express our gratitude at having such a prestigious guest and diplomat in our nation, and we sincerely thank you for establishing this diplomatic mission. Furthermore, HRH The Ambassador must present his letter of credence to His Royal Majesty The King within forty-eight (48) hours of his arrival in Rome.

As previously discussed, the Elyomian diplomatic mission will be located at #7, The Promenade. Sitting on an acre of land, this prime location is only steps away from Caserta Palace, the main residence of the Roman Royal Family, and a multitude of other important Roman Government buildings. As a sign of friendship, all costs associated with the upkeep of the chancery and the grounds will be paid for by the Roman Government. As requested, the Ambassadorial Family will be given a private residence within close proximity to the Elyomian Chancery. After reviewing a selection of potential residences, we have decided that HRH Crown Prince Benjamin and his family will be allowed to live at #9 Caserta Palace Gardens. The family will be given exclusive ownership of the residence for the duration of their stay, after which ownership will then be transferred to the successive Elyomian Ambassador. The mansion, which is 8,000 square feet and sits on 2 acres of prime real estate, is valued in excess of $60 million and is located in one of the most exclusive and desirable neighborhoods in the nation. The Ambassadorial Family may be pleased to know that they will next door neighbors with HRH The Duke of Venice, who has generously agreed to pay any upkeep costs on the property out of his own pocket. As a note, diplomatic immunity extends to both the chancery itself and the diplomatic residence. If any of these arrangements are unsuitable or not to HRH The Ambassador's liking, please feel free to inform me personally.

In regards to your diplomatic staff, the Elyomian Royal Attaché will most certainly be welcome to be the official liaison between our respective Royal Families. The additional attachés (defence, economic, environmental, and cultural) are also welcome to take up their posts at the Elyomian diplomatic mission at the earliest convenience. We look forward to productive discussions between these attachés and the respective Ministries of His Royal Majesty's Government. The Royal Security Agency will perform background checks, as well as provide proper security clearances to all of the locally-hired support staff that your diplomatic mission will be hiring. Furthermore, although your security equipment and vehicles have also been approved for use, they will have to undergo the customary inspection process upon arriving on Roman soil. We will provide members of your diplomatic mission with diplomatic plates and licenses upon their arrival on Roman soil.

The present security arrangements at The Promenade are more than adequate. The entire street is patrolled 24/7 by the RSS, who maintain a permanent post just several doors down at St. Sebastian's Palace. A contingent of six RDPS Agents regularly patrols the outside perimeter of the neighborhood. Upon request, full body scanners and explosives detectors can be placed in the lobby of your chancery. As requested, high-speed internet connection, as well as Wi-Fi, will be provided free of charge. Additionally, direct hotlines to the Prime Minister's Office and the Minister of Defense's Office will be installed in various rooms within your chancery. Furthermore, if requested, a special detachment of RSS Agents can be assigned to protect the Ambassador and his family when travelling off chancery grounds.

Finally, an opening ceremony will take place at the embassy forty-eight (48) hours after HRH The Ambassador arrives on Roman soil and presents his letter of credence to HRM The King. I will personally be in attendance, as well as HRH The Duke of Venice, who will be representing the Roman Royal Family. After the opening ceremony, an intimate specially-prepared garden banquet will take place at the Ambassador's Caserta Palace Gardens estate. During this banquet we would like to present some gifts to the Ambassadorial Family. HRH Crown Prince Benjamin will be given a permanent berth at the Royal Yacht Club's marinas both in Rome and in Venice, where the Elyomian Consulate will be located. I take great pleasure in informing you that your request to establish a diplomatic mission within the Kingdom has been cordially ACCEPTED. Furthermore, Ambassador Ricard must present her letter of credence to His Royal Majesty The King within forty-eight (48) hours of his arrival in Rome.

It is to my pleasure that on behalf of the People, the Royal Chambers, the Queen and Cirona as a whole, I am submitting an application for a Ceronic embassy in the Kingdom of San Pellegrino Romana in the name of peace, security, commerce and most importantly of all, friendship.

We genuinely believe that the presence of a Cironic embassy within the borders of the Kingdom of San Pellegrino Romana will greatly enhance the already extremely amicable relationship between the two nations and its peoples. This relationship one that can be traced back to the time before humans even existed, where Cirona and San Pellegrino Romana were in the same region. Of course, there was the 1800s, where San Pellegrino Romana helped liberate Cirona from its former oppressors. This relationship continues to be evident even till this day, with nearly two hundred daily flights between the major cities of Cirona and San Pellegrino Romana carrying tens of thousands of passengers, and hundreds of Roman-influenced stores in Cirona, and vice versa. It is because of this, Cirona believes that an embassy in San Pellegrino Romana will be greatly beneficial to everyone in both countries.

After experiencing so many events together, it is no wonder that both San Pellegrino Romana and Cirona share common values and beliefs. 1956 Born and raised in the City of Fort Oranje;

1974: Elementary/Middle/Highschool (Graduated)
Graduated when he was 18 years old.

1974: Enrolled into the Military Academy of Hoboken (Graduated);
- Graduated when he was 22 years old.

1978: Specialised at Nieuw-Amsterdam Royal Naval Academy (Graduated);
Graduated when he was 26 years old.

1982: First Deployment with the Royal Noordeindian Navy;
Leopold Doorman held the Rank of Ensign at the time, he was 26 years old.

1982-1989: Cold War 'era';
During these seven years he served onboard of eight different Royal Noordeindian Navy Vessels.

1990-1991: Peacetime service;
Leopold rose through the ranks, in 1991 he was promoted to the rank of of Commander.

1991: 1st Gulf war deployment;
Leopold served in the Persian Gulf, together with US and coalition forces. Afterwards he was promoted to the rank of Captain.

1992-1995: Peacetime Service;
Leopold was promoted, to the rank of of Commadore (Senior Captain).

1996: Balkan war deployment;
Commadore Doorman was in charge of the Noordeindian Naval contribution to the NATO fleet whom enforced a UN weapons and ammunition embargo.

1997: Awarded the Military Wiliam Order (Highest Military Decoration):
Commadore Doorman was Awarded the Military Williams Order in the Rank of 2nd Class/Commander for his personal courage to personally lead the evacuation of Special-Ops whom's covert-operation was blown. Commadore Doorman lead the mission himself while being in enemy territory and risking his life. He lead the assault upon a Bosnian-Serb Army Post in order to evacuate his fellow countrymen through an open field while being under sniper fire.

1997-2001: Peacetime service;
Leopold Doorman was promoted to the Rank of Rear-Admiral.

2003: Final Active Deployment;
During the 2nd Gulf or Iraq War Rear-Admiral Doorman was in charge of the Noordeindian Navy contribution to the US and other coaltion forces. At the end of his deployment he was promoted to the Rank of Vice-Admiral.

2005: Appointed Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff;
Short before his appointment of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Vice-Admiral Doorman was promoted to the rank of Admiral. At the time he was asked by former-President Stuyvesant to become his Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Current President, Jonathan Arthur Roosevelt, kept him in Office because of his experience.

2007: Presented with an Honourable Knighthood Order;
Admiral Doorman was presented with the Grand Ducal Order by His Royal Majesty the Grand Duke for his 25 years of outstanding military service and was given the title of 'Sir'.

2011: Appointed Ambassador Extroardinary & Plenipotenitiary to theCourt of St. Sebastien.
Afther having spoken to his wife , his family and other relatives Admiral Doorman accepted the President his nomination for this Ambassadorship. The Admiral his nomination was confirmed by the Senate in February of 2011.
