Never said they didn't, just said that multi-barreled rifles are stupid, because they are. I would rather have a regular canon with canister or grape shot than a Gatling gun, especially because you can just give it a huge bore diameter, have tons of musket balls, and a comparatively small gun.

Made some minor fiddlings - fixed the size of the case ejector and the barrel to reflect the ammunition size - that case ejector was designed for a 7.62x51mm BR, not a 5.45x39mm bullpup.

However:

That green shaded box is where the gas system has to go. Is there room in there for it? I'm thinking there might be, if the Micro Tavor is still gas-operated, that thing's tiny. There's 7mm of space, at a push.

Yes, several hundred balls /once/ compared to the Gatling's continuous fire; and being it is a cumberously slow firer, the Gatling is the superior choice.

Most naval cannons of the 1700s only carried about 12 balls in their 'grapeshot' rounds, IIRC.

Yes, several hundred balls /once/ compared to the Gatling's continuous fire; and being it is a cumberously slow firer, the Gatling is the superior choice.

Once again, continuous fire isn't really better. This was the age before small unit tactics were actually anything more advanced than how to lay down constant fire. Constant fire didn't matter because you weren't pinning anyone down, you were killing them outright, so RoF is less important than total output.
