Preamble
May the people of Leftmen promise to be law abiding citizens within the country,Political Freedoms,Civil Freedoms and Law for all who inhabit Leftmen.
Political Freedoms
1.May no citizen in Leftmen be denied the right to vote anywhere,for anyreason in the country.
2.May no citizen be forced to vote or participate in an election.
3.May no citizen be denied rights of privacy within elections.
Civil Freedoms
1.May no citizen be denied Freedom of Speech for any reason in any part of the country.
2.May no citizen be denied the right to freedom of Religon.
3.May no citizen be denied the right to protest,as long as it is peaceful,not violent.
4.May no citizen be denied Privacy.
5.May no citizen be discriminated by race,gender,or any other reason.
Violations of Freedoms
1.If anyone denies someone the right to vote,right to not be forced to participate in an elecion or violate right to privacy during voting,if proven gulity in the court of law he/she can be sentenced to 10 years to 30 years in prison with parole.
2.If anyone discriminates people by race,if anyone violates the right to privacy,if anyone violates rights to protest,if anyone violates freedom of religon,and if anyone violates the Freedom of Speech law,if proven guilty in the court of law,he/she can be sentenced to 25 to 100 years in prison with parole.
Campaign Laws
1.Big Businesses cannot donate more than 500,000 Leftmen Dollars to canidates or parties for any cause.
2.Camapign Donations must approved by the LEC(Leftmen Elections Commitee),and must be made public,or the doner can serve 5 years in prison.
3.People who are interested in becoming canidates must file with national or with their local LEC,but first they must have at least 500 Signatures for canidacy.To file for a canidacy is free.
4.Anyother way of filing for a canidacy is illegal,faking signatures is a felony,and can be removed from politics forever and can be impeached from his/her current office if they hold one.
Laws
1.Theft is illegal,can be sentenced to 1 to 100 years depending on how much money or how many valubales are taken.Parole is possible
2.Homocide,is always a sentence to life,without parole,this includes rape.
3.Money Laundering,Embezzlement,and Fraud are always sentenced to life,without parole.
