No Exalted television network signs off for the night. The government-owned EPT (Exalted Public Television) airs paid advertisements from midnight to five am, with a short news break at two am.

TV stations are generally expected, and quite frankly it is only profitable for them to remain on-air all hours of the day. With the possible exception of local access stations, all stations operate 24/7, and likely such stations that do not simply loop previous programming.

On off hours of the day, 'paid programming' often dominates the airwaves, which are essentially blocks devoted to extended advertising, often for 'As Seen On TV' products.

Ici Sidéraure, the national news channel, funded by the Department for National Heritage, shuts down at one o'clock in the morning, coming back online at half-past five. As it shuts down or comes online, a portrait of the Emperor is broadcast with the national anthem; in between, a looped video of the flag flying above Parliament is shown. Most other stations broadcast 24/7, and do not have to broadcast the national anthem if they do shut down.

Only a few channels sign off but when they do they just play a playlist of music.

Almost all TV channels (whether free-to-air or cable/satellite) in Equinia broadcast 24/7 nowadays. Signing off was a regular practice on Equinian television until 1980.

Many TV channels (free-to-air, cable or satellite) are on the air 24/7. For those that close down, they often broadcast the national anthem, accompanied by video of local scenery.

It depends. Yle TV1 and TV2 does sign off from around 02:00 to 05:30 at night but the national anthem on TV1 is an informal routine and never mandated. Many networks are on air 24 hours a day.

All television networks of Ansario operate 24/7 hours with any "downtime" being warned of before initiated, in which case the logo of the network will be shown in front of static with a statement which varies depending on the network but in the case of ABA (Ansarion Broadcasting Association) it is "This ABA channel is currently offline and will resume as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience".

We have a government funded media, although artists can create their own show's/movies, we do not sign off or sign on, we merely run all night, and have our own news channels, and although most channels are close to commercial free, we do have propaganda running on both their own channels and in between shows on most other channels, but movies/shows run uninterrupted, only pausing for propaganda/state advertising, between programs.

Our TV networks don't sign off as a general rule of thumb, be they public or private. Infomercials tend to compose the bulk of early-morning (1-5 AM) programming.

Namorese TV stations that broadcast to both domestic and international audiences never sign-off. However, local and domestic stations usually do. They sign off at around 11PM, and sign back on at around 5AM.
Here's how domestic station NAMORTV-1 signs off:
ANNOUNCER: Ladies and gentlemen, we have now reached the end of our broadcasting day. We are going to sign off in a few minutes.
ANNOUNCER TWO: We thank you for your undivided attention.
ANNOUNCER ONE: Tomorrow, we will start the day off with morning news, at exactly five in the morning.
ANNOUNCER TWO: This is Namor Central Television, signing off from Namo, capital city of the People's Republic of Namor.
ANNOUNCER ONE: Good night.
ANNOUNCER TWO: Good night.

The screen then switches to a clock, on a background of the Namorese flag. Music is played in the background.
Here is the sign-on:
During the last seconds before the start of the broadcasting day, a female and male voice says: "Namor Central Television." Afterwards, the national anthem is played. After that, as the. Namorese flag is shown, a voice says: "Ladies and gentlemen, this is Namor Central Television, broadcasting to you from Namo, capital of the People's Republic of Namor."
