The war flag of Saxemberg is modelled on the regimental flags carried by Napoleon's grande armee, and is flown by all the branches of the armed forces:

Beddgelert's military forces are known as the National People's Guard under which are organised the Beddgelert People's Army, People's Air Force, and People's Navy. The flags of all branches are variations on a theme indicated by the NPG's motto The Red Dragon Leads the Way, by which the people united in an infinite link march against the forces of the International Right, protected by a military that sees itself as the embodiment of their dragon's qualities of ferocity, swiftness, and armour.

We have only one national flag... this would seem obvious for a country with no armed forces, but even if we did, it's assumed they would still use this flag. The piriska on anything else would look like a Swilatian provincial flag.
