I skipped it because unless it's Berserk, narmy, hammy sad scenes in anime are more annoying than sad.

IIRC it cost more, hence why it never made it past the prototype stage.

It's a long time since I watched Legends and longer since I was a major canonfag for Halo. I don't remember. It never made production for more reasons than the prototype being destroyed in the attack.
