While we always prefer openly democratic societies, the people seem content and the rulers appear progressive, though worryingly militant regarding Bulgarian aggression, Russian ties, and NATO tensions. At worst, we could foresee a neutral coexistence with Fiscis, though the presence of a powerhouse economy and stabilizing force in Eastern Europe would win the praise of our diplomats and business community, and thus a relatively cordial economic relationship would be likely and encouraged.
