We would first notice how they possess a very interesting name...

Everything else, due to their primitive technology, would likely be redundant enough to constitute a neutrality. Taking it in its current undeveloped state would be more of a liability than anything.

We only know, that this Evermind is some sort of the "Ultimate intelligent thing"... We can't identify it further. We are just raider empire and are not able to comprehend this thing at our current level of knowledge.
