3. That's a lot of ways for people to die.

4. Oh I can't imagine what the Education and Environment look like.

5. Crime and Beverage Sales are their highest rankings. Whether or not they are related is unknown.

6. Well of course Government is going to be 0%.

It's fine. I would do things differently but it's not my stance to tell them how to run a nation.

This is the nationalized hell. It is filled with not only physical threats, but political ones too. This nation is capable of not only crippling the infrastructure of the Greater Nordic Federation, but is also able to destroy the Morale of the citizens. The only weakness currently seen is it's semi-oligarchic governance, if a duke were to fall out of line, a civil war could possibly destroy the nation's strength.

Overall, if there is possibility for sustained peace, do so.

If they are still interested, we still got those crates of police equipment, we looted in our recent raid on some small oppressive police state. Discount is the same. We are sure, their cops would like to get some for cheaper prices... since they use it extensively.
