Africans are treated just like any other race in Vitland.
Vitland possesses an the overseas colony of Tikala, which was a British slave colony made up of Africans, East Indians, Dutch, Scandinavians, Arabs, Chinese, and Aboriginal Tikalan people. Today, this colony has a thriving tourism industry thanks to Vitlandic rule.
In all of Vitland (including Tikala), people of African origin make up 4% of the population. Half of them are Tikalans, the other half are recent African immigrants.
