The point of a bullpup-type rifle is to make use of wasted space in the stock of a rifle, while also decreasing the overall length of the rifle. That bullpup design (SLR 8?) should be much smaller than it appears to be, also the pistol grip on the first one looks wholly uncomfortable. As for the Rate of Fire, muzzle velocity, and effective range, go to the wikipedia page of a similar rifle, and base it off of that.

If you ask me bullpups can be used as ''Sniper rifle in assault rifle length'' as well. If his country's infantry doctrine is about marksmanship and accuracy that bullpup would make sense. And judging from the cartridge, I'm thinking he does use that doctrine.

But how does that compare, say, to the cost of a TOW Missile? According to the Federation of American Scientists, whose numbers are copied by other sites, the price of one TOW missile (the missile itself and not the system) is $180,000.00. According to this sketchy website, and soldier mythology, the price of one TOW missile is currently around $60,000.00.
The U.S. military uses plenty of TOW missiles in Afghanistan because of their unique ability to “reach out and touch someone”. One of the platoons in my battalion--1st Platoon, “Dragon Platoon”--fired over a 100 of these missiles during deployment.
In other words, that single platoon, by itself, fired between 6-18 million dollars worth of TOW missiles in the span of one deployment. Just that platoon. At the same time, the CAI had an operating budget of 13 million dollars. In other words, Dragon Platoon fired the budget of the CAI during their deployment.

You can still be accurate with a smaller rifle, the point of a bullpup is to allow for a smaller design for better maneuverability, and far less weight than a traditional rifle. What's the point of moving the whole trigger grouping back, if you get none of the pros typically associated with bullpups?

Central Asia Institute.
A 'charity' that misused several million dollars of funding.
The article is saying yes, the fact that they fudged their finances and skimmed money from their own coffers is deplorable, but utterly dwarfed by routine government spending in Iraq. It goes on to say how AC in the 'Stan costs the Army 20.2 billion dollars a year.
