Would it be weird if I said I wanted to shoot with you if I'm ever in the area?

Now, whether or not you're ever in my area is an entirely different animal.

That depends: is that one of the models that takes AK mags or are those aftermarket SKS "duck bills"?
EDIT: I'm assuming the latter since it appears to be a paratrooper model.
...What's a "duck bill"? Having never encounted an AK, I can't say for sure, but I was always under the impression that this one took them, considering it's a detachable 30-round box. It's a Norinco SKS-M, if that helps any.

If it's a Norinco SKS-M, then it uses regular AK-47/AKM magazines. Therefore, you are doing it right. Granted, it still won't be quite as good as an AK, it practically eliminates the slow reload "problem" of the SKS. If you ever run across twenty-round AK magazines, you should see if they fit your Norinco. They're about two inches shorter than the regular 30-round magazines, and I love them: they are small enough that I can easily keep an AK between my vehicle's front seats. They also are cool in the fact that 7.62x39mm comes in 20-round boxes, anyway. Heck, I load my 30-round mags to 20 simply because I don't want to bother with having half-full boxes of ammunition laying around. Makes it simpler. If things were to hit the fan, though, you can bet I'd cap 'em at 30 rounds each, but that's a different story for another day. I've handled an SKS-D before and it was okay: not a big fan of the thumb-hole stock. Your 'M is the same thing, but with a not-suck stock. Nice rifle.
EDIT TO ADD: I guess if you were to bring money, that'd be okay. The only rule to that is that you can't stick any ones in my panties.

Most main battle tanks have two MGs, in fact the Abrahms (from which the Leatherneck's turret is "borrowed") has three if you count the coaxial. They're in different directions partly to demonstrate their swivel mounts, and partly because I wanted both to be clearly visible.
I'll probably come up with more variants later. I'm thinking about one armed with a 30 mm Avenger minigun, a la A-10 Warthog, partly for teh lulz, partly as a dedicated tank destroyer

30mm autocannon won't destroy tanks. Hence why TDs have tank guns and lighter armor. Pretty sure there aren't usually two MGs on top of tanks, either, but I could be wrong. (I know the Abrams does, but idk about others...)
