Your PMG isn't the only thing that sucks, that spelling of "Blasphemy" is pretty atrocious too :P

In terms of effects on a "soft" target, which would be do more damage? 7.62x38mmR or 9x19mm Parabellum? What about their ability to penetrate light cover?

They're probably about equal insofar as energy delivered, but a 9mm NATO JHP will expand more.
