Let's come up with a better shortlist of weapons.
I nominate the DSA SA58 FAL OSW, AKMN/AK-103 and AKMSU as firearms, and scratch the Deagle and RPG-7 completely.

Use .45ACP.

Body armour'll stop it, but fire four rounds into their chest and they'd probably be on the floor and stunned from the impacts. Then rush them and end it with a head shot.

I nominate the Kel-Tec Sub-2000 in 9mm Para firing from GLOCK magazines (small, light, compact, accurate at average engagement ranges, firing the most common pistol ammo in the world, from the most common pistol magazines in the world, both of which which also happen to be very light. Power less of a concern because headshots necessary) and the STI 9mm M1911, because M1911, and 9mm because shares ammo with Sub-2000.

The AR-15 derivative (not sure if M4, M16, or CQBR) ought to lose the 'nade launcher.

Leatherman multi tool

Anyone else have quite a few feeding issues with a .22? Every time I've used one (several rifles several occasions) they seemed to either stovepipe or simply fail to feed. I wasn't exactly laying down SAW grade fire either.

What type of ammunition were you using?

That sounds like something low-powder count or low-quality ammunition does.
