The SPG truck in the article looks pretty identical to Endwar's Enforcer Corps' Artillery unit, and I'm not certain if that IFV with the barrel 'jacket' resembles either Enforce Corps or JSF's IFV.

That's exactly what the low-recoil tank gun posted last page is. A regular tank gun firing full-power ammo but with more attention given to recoil management.

That's probably because Ubisoft's modellers were using Archer as a reference.

-Multi-Mission Effects Vehicle (real)
-the helicopters are just more advance RL ones
-I think the US IFV and arty were part of the US army's "Future Combat Systems Manned Ground Vehicles" program

Neither the artillery nor the IFV designs from the FCS MGV program quite match the US JSF equipment from EndWar. They're broadly similar, in the same way that the Bradley is broadly similar to the Fastback, but otherwise quite different.
