Well, a Baneblade would very rarely(if ever) be without plenty of support units, of course.

Well, the armed forces of the Plong commerce guild uses a custom MBT manufactured in Plong. It is called the "Ravager" MZ-86 and uses aspects from many different tanks. For example, it has the armor and engine from the Leo2, the firepower of a the PZH2000 and the range and electronics of the K2 Black Panther. All of these have been stolen, of course.

Ok...Again. You need Stats. Pictures. Size, Cannon, Weight, Speed, power plant. What you have there tells me less than nothing. Other than your very new and need help with weapons

Yeah the Armor is my worst part for thickness anyway.. But i do well on weapons and armors, My only problems are usually with realism being in 2050's and not being to old or to advanced

Isn't that Lineart just a T-90? I'm not saying there's anything necessarily wrong with that; I'm just wondering.

What is this I don't even...
No, just...no.
The chassis is the Black Eagle's, the turret is a modified T-84s, and the gun is a 152.4mm.

That's NOT a T-90.

Nah. In the 41st millennium the MBTs fire 155mm rounds, if not larger: and that's one of (if not the) most powerful, and balanced, Super-Heavy Tanks in existence (that time period). That bitch probably has armour made of something which will shrug off the 280mm nuke shell.

Anyway, the 22 rounds are probably for the main gun. The Baneblade has:

1x Main gun (probably 300mm or 280mm)
1x Coaxial Autocannon (probs something like 76mm)
3x twin linked Bolters (effectively two Mk19s duct-taped together)
2x AT Laser turrets
1x Hull mounted 'Battle Cannon' (probably something like 280mm tbh)

And yes, a Baneblade would probably be part of a 'super-heavy formation' of something like 3 of them, then there would probably be 9 (minimum) Leman Russ MBTs (with the 'battle cannons' and even some more Mk19s...). hen there would be close artillery support and mechanised units and airborne units and recon units and the whole lot would be able to destroy pretty much anything not already from 40K.

155mm rain would do nicely

Yeah another reason i hate 40K. In that case. Orbital Gauss. probably 500mm or 1000mm cannon

Look, the Imperial fleet has arrived!

Seriously, 40K is so finely balanced the only way is to duke it out on each individual level, from the infantry sections, to the Armoured platoons, to the orbital fleets. They generally end up entirely focused on slapping the hell out of their direct counterparts, then offering support when their own enemies are gone.

What is this I don't even...
No, just...no.
The chassis is the Black Eagle's, the turret is a modified T-84s, and the gun is a 152.4mm.

That's NOT a T-90.

My bad. I was mainly just going by the turret armour, which looked like what I've seen on pictures of T-90s. I actually know nothing about tanks :P

I'm currently in the process of designing a tank destroyer. Just so I can get a rough idea of what this would be facing, does anyone know what are the most commonly used tanks on NS (including RL designs)?

Leopard II
M1A2 Abrams
Chally II
T90

Those are probably the most advanced and often used designs.

Disregard guns, acquire ATGMs.
Lighter weight, longer range, and generally higher penetration that any gun-fired shell.

I'm going to start doing some drawings of tanks in my notebooks soon, and I need a little clarification. Are we talking main battle tanks, like a M1A1, or your MAIN battle tank.
