All Embassies will be located in the Kanera district of the capital, Ifhumué. Various locations are available in this zone and we have a mixture of already built french-colonial buildings (circa 1850-1930) or plots of land for brand new buildings.
French era buildings and existing other architectural type buildings locations are: Mujii Boulevard (a wide, green boulevard, major road with several historic buildings along and places of worship); Kambulla Street (off of Mujii Boulevard); Rue des Aigles (off of Mujii Boulevard); Rue de St. Jean (Quiet side street), Place de Paris (quiet large square with gardens in the centre)
New Plots of Land: Nelson Mandela Avenue (A new boulevard); Marcus Garvey Avenue (Few plots remaining); Rue de Napoleon (soon to be re-named)
On our territory we will:
- Grant you your nations sovereignty within the juristrisction (Embassy and Ambassadors house), which applies to Ambassador and staff only
- We ask for respect of our laws and customs and that your staff do not involve themselves in illegal activities, including hunting trips involving the capture of the Okwan Elephant, the Nationally protected animal.
