An open letter to Head of State of all nations of the world.

Dear Sir/Madam

Mizialand Embassy Programme

I am Hervé de Charette, Minister of External Affairs of the Kingdom of Mizialand. Mizialand is a nation located in Western Europe with a population of over 15 million. Attention is invited to our factbook should you wish to know more about us. (OOC: Factbook is not up to date)

It is a fact well acknowledged that in the modern era total or even partial isolation is no less than cyanide for a country. The world has become a large global village with demarcated boundaries being broken down informally and thereby bringing all citizens of different nations closer to each other. The interdependence and symbiosis has between nations has become completely necessary as no country can survive in isolation. With this view in mind, the leader of the Kingdom, Her Royal Highness Sophie Vincent invites all recipients of this letter to formalise diplomatic ties with the Kingdom and welcome with open arms the diplomatic missions of all nations, from dictatorships to democracy; monarchies to republics to Mizialand.

With effect form 14^th November 2012, Mizialand has ceased to send diplomatic mission abroad. However, as a signatory to Mizialand-Millerainia-Heleventia (MMH) Diplomatic Pact, the Constitutional Monarchy of Heleventia will send diplomatic mission to foreign nation which will represent Mizialand as well. Also, any nation formalising diplomatic ties with Mizialand shall automatically form diplomatic ties with Heleventia and Millerainia. The embassies in Mizialand and Millerainia will handle diplomatic affairs of Heleventia as well.

I hope that Mizialand is able to form warm, cordial and positive relations with all nations of the world that are everlasting.

Rules and Regulations

Embassies within the domains of Mizialand are required to respect Mizialand's rules and regulations and strive towards the establishment of world peace and security.

Ambassadors along with other security staff are granted diplomatic immunity as specified in the table:

As soon as an embassy personnel steps on Mizialand's land i.e. exit the embassy, he/she shall be governed by Mizialand's rules. Within the embassy limits, the rules of the country, of which the embassy is, shall apply.
All weapons (including tanks, armory, fighter jets, etc) are allowed. They can neither be used to launch a war against Mizialand nor hurt any citizen of the country. Private weapons must be declared and inspected.
All exotic species being brought into the country must be declared. Mizialand does not recognizes animal ruled kingdom and all animals with whatever level of intelligence will be quarantined on arrival.
The embassies may employ local labour subjected to Her Majesty's labour conventions.
Any number of diplomatic, security, services, staff are allowed.
Her Majesty's Government expects all applications to be sensible. Any non-sense request, joke, etc. like this shall be rejected.
Mizialand is a signatory to Diplomatic Protection Act.

Four embassy locations are provided:

1. Rue de Shakespeare

Named in honour of the great poet and dramatist, William Shakespeare, this Rue or lane consists of 20 embassies slot. Each embassy shall have an area of around 2000 m².

These embassies are centrally situated and are near the Cours de Leopad, a famous shopping district.

Nations that have done something commendable for Mizialand and her culture shall only be provided an embassy in one of the chateaux located here. There are 5 chateaux available.

All chateaux have modern services along with private gardens and beaches. They are situated on the Highway 16 between Heleventia and St. Louis and are at an equal distance from both the cities. They have 15 bed rooms and all service staff is provided by Her Majesty's Government. They are fortified and have a combined embassy cum residence for the entire staff. Situated in the German speaking part of Heleventia, embassies here are modern and beautiful in design.

These buildings have been designed by the great architect, Monsieur Le Beau and provided with 24/7 CCTV cameras and enhanced security. Within a walking distance is the Römer Castle, a famous tourist attraction. 10 slots are being offered here. Residences of the embassy staff shall be situated in the embassy compound itself.

Van Arembegerlaan

This 'laan' or lane is located in the outskirts of Heleventia in the municipality of Wasenaar. This area houses eminent personalities such as Helen, the girlfriend of Dictator, Pierre Vincent. .

An overwhelming majority of this area speaks Dutch as the first language; however the presence of an active international community has led to development of English in this area. The famous Den Bosch Park which hosts many royal ceremonies is situated in the vicinity. This area is directly accessible by Bus no. 48 from Heleventia Gare Central and Highway HN-9A.

Embassies in this area have a distinct 'Dutch' type architecture and have 4 floors each. Custom Embassies can be constructed in Plot Nos. 6 to 12 in this area. The ambassador and other staff is provided residence in Van Lingenlaan which is also situated in Wasenaar.
